Impromptu work from home day due to clinical training being cancelled and being on top of my productivity hours!!
Also, let’s be real, I didn’t wanna add more therapy into my week and most of my clients don’t like to schedule for the day of.
So did I use this as an opportunity to be lazy?? NOPE! I was already WIDE AWAKE 🌤 after my 5:30AM alarm ⏰ and 6:30AM workout. So I made a plan for myself to be as proactive as I can today!!! Guess what?? As a therapist &&& coach! And lemme tell ya, I’ve desperately needed a catch up day like this!
•• I watched a leadership webinar I earned from helping people in January!
•• I completed a client discharge plan!
•• I completes TWO narrative assessments! (That’s a big deal, they’re a pain in the ass to do).
•• I’ve reached out to people who may want some extra accountability to get started with their fitness goals!
•• I’ve done some work on my current challenge group!
•• I’m going to watch more leadership videos.
AND! I still have work at Zenergy tonight with my #ZenFam.
You never know what life is going to throw your way when you need to change the pace and be productive in a different way. 💫
Your life reflects your choices. And at the end of the day it’s your choices and your actions that either progress you or block you from living life the way you want and envision.
Take a look at your life and determine what needs to change, if anything, and make a plan. Maybe it’s your health, maybe it’s your surroundings, maybe it’s your job, maybe it’s the people you allow to have your time, maybe it’s yourself.
Do they live up to your expectations? Are they pushing you toward your goal? Or are they keeping you far from it?
I know this is a hard thing to touch on. Nobody wants to make changes when they’re big and scary. Nobody wants to admit to needing changes. But it’s those big scary changes that can mean so much in the long run.
The hour I give myself every morning to work on myself and change my health and reflect to change my mindset is so incredibly important for me to function well throughout the rest of the day, especially with all the information thrown at me as a therapist. I encourage you to find time in the day to do this for yourself. And if you can’t figure it out on your own, reach out because I am always willing to help.
This #TransformationTuesday is a bit different because I HAVE to show you the amazing progress some of my ladies made in the first 26 days of this program!!
Just like me, this is the first time we’re doing this program. For some of us, this is our VERY FIRST program. For some of us, this is the FIRST program we’re going 100% for. Either way, we are doing this together and supporting each other’s big and small accomplishments every single day.
Babe #1: ”My upper body strength was AWFUL and now it's much better and I can support myself better. I feel great! I struggled with feeling good in my body and having energy to even workout. Now I actually have energy and am starting to feel more confident!”” She is DOWN 2.45 inches and 4 pounds! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Babe #2: “I want to see what my body is capable of.” She is a full time teacher and has enjoyed the workouts but struggled with the timing a bit, BUT she has made great progress and is pushing forward with a different program because we have access to hundreds and she can choose one that fits her schedule. No she’s not failing. No she’s not quitting. She is adjusting and staying focused with a program that better meets her needs at this time, and that takes strength too!! She is DOWN roughly 2 inches!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Babe #3: This is her FIRST time committing 100% ALL IN for a program and she is doing this for HER! She’s engaged, just got accepted into nursing school, and wants to live a healthier lifestyle. “My body feels a million times better. I don’t feel groggy most of the day or fatigue. I have way more energy and my digestive system is working the way that it should and I’m feeling way less bloated.” 26 days and this babe is DOWN 10 inches and 5 pounds!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Congratulations, ladies!!! Thank you for trusting me with your fitness journey. I am so happy to be doing this with you and can’t wait to get through phase 2 feeling even stronger!
