Besides the coffee shop and roastery, we also put our concern to the coffee farmers out there. We keep thinking about what we can do to support Indonesia coffee farmers, so they can produce a good quality coffee. For now, we have built a coffee beans drying process at Gunung Halu, West Java, a place where we got our Jawa Gunung Halu coffee beans.

▪ Suggested water temperature is 90 - 96 Celsius⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

In 2009, he was promoted as the Captain of the second Anomali Coffee outlet in Setiabudi. Yet, he never stops to develop his skill and knowledge about coffee and brought him to his position now, The Head of Trainer of Indonesia Coffee Academy, a sister company of Anomali Coffee which provide coffee training.
Do you know, roasting process is one of the most important step to bring out the best flavor and characteristic of coffee? During roasting, your green beans color will change from green to yellowish, yellow, light brown, brown and dark brown. As the color is changed, the chemical elements in your coffee will change and start developing flavor of the coffee. What is your favourite roasting profile?

If your water temperature is above 96 Celsius, there is a chance your coffee will taste more bitter. So, water temperature does matter!⠀
