It’s currently winter here in the motherland so I thought I’d share this amazing, shea body butter I’ve been making and using for years.
I’ve come to realize it’s super amazing esp for those with dry skin, as my lil sis and some friends of mine swear by it 😝
Here are the ingredients, I twerk them every year 😉
-raw unrefined shea butter
-extra virgin olive oil
-extra virgin coconut oil -vitamin E oil
-lemongrass essential oil
-vanilla essential oil
-tea tree essential oil
Blend all ingredients together
Please note you only add drops of the essential oils
Hello guys sorry I’ve been MIA.
Been under the weather lately and finally got diagnosed with Iron deficiency Anaemia
I eat mostly plant based and the occasional meat here and there but not that much
So since food is medicine I finally stacked up on beets (🤮) amongst other things to get this hemoglobin and red blood cells up
I’ve now added Iron supplements to my diet.
Any advise on more plant based eats to incorporate?
