Hello guys sorry I’ve been MIA.
Been under the weather lately and finally got diagnosed with Iron deficiency Anaemia
I eat mostly plant based and the occasional meat here and there but not that much
So since food is medicine I finally stacked up on beets (🤮) amongst other things to get this hemoglobin and red blood cells up
I’ve now added Iron supplements to my diet.
Any advise on more plant based eats to incorporate?
3 Ingredients pancakes -rolled oats
-unsweetened almond milk
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend.
I used some coconut oil to make these 🥞
What would summer be without Mangoes?
And what would Mangoes be without summer 😂😜
My obsession with mango has me slicing and freezing them so I have a supply all year long 😜
Been doing this for 3years now 😝
