I am so excited to be partnering with @bobsredmill to bring you what I feel is a highly underrated brunch option...savory oatmeal! ๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฅ“ I used Gluten Free Rolled Oats and served it two ways: with arugula, chorizo, and an egg, and steak and an egg! It's the warm breakfast salad bowl of my dreams! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‘ธ๐Ÿป Recipe below! #bobsredmill #ad # Ingredients: 1 Cup Bobโ€™s Red Mil Gluten Free Rolled Oats 2 Cups Water 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt 12 oz. NY Strip Steak, room temp (youโ€™ll use half for this recipe) Olive Oil 1 tbsp. Ghee or Butter 1 Chorizo Sausage,casing removed 2 Large Eggs Kosher Salt & Pepper Crushed Red Pepper Aleppo Pepper Arugala # Cook your oatmeal per the package instructions! # Preheat your oven to 450ยฐ F and season your steak evenly in kosher salt & pepper. Heat a large cast-iron skillet over high heat, and coat the pan with olive oil. Once hot, add your steak to the pan-do not move your steak! Sear for 4 minutes, flipping half way through. Top steak with ghee or butter, and cook in the oven for 3-5 min, or more, depending desired doneness. Remove & allow to rest for 5 min. Thinly slice steak for topping oatmeal. # Over medium high heat, add a splash of olive oil to a non-stick pan. Once hot, add your chorizo and cook until browned. Remove chorizo from the pan onto a paper towel lined plate. Drain all but 2 tbsp cooking fat from the pan. Crack your eggs into ramekins, and add them into the pan. Do not touch your egg, let it cook for a few minutes until the whites set. Now, loosely cover your pan and lower your heat. The steam is going to finish setting your eggs. Check them in 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan, and top your oatmeal with them. # Split your oatmeal between two bowl, adding arugula. Now, top one bowl with crispy chorizo and an egg, and top the other bowl with sliced steak and an egg. Season bowls with aleppo pepper and/or crushed red pepper!

I totally fan-girled out when @bobsredmill asked me to partner with them! ๐Ÿ˜So I'm celebrating the end of my Whole30 by having a real ๐ŸŒฎ Tuesday with crunchy mini tostadas made with Gluten Free Masa Harina Golden Corn Flour! Enjoy! ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‘ธ๐Ÿป #bobsredmill #ad # Mini Gluten Free Corn Tostadas Makes About 24 Ingredients: 2 cups Gluten Free Masa Harina Corn Flour ยฝ tsp. Sea Salt 1.5-2 Cups Warm Water Olive Oil 8oz. Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed Salt & Crushed Red Pepper ยฝ lb. Ground Beef ยผ tsp. Ancho Chili Powder ยผ tsp. Cumin Salt & Pepper 2 Jalapenos, seeds removed & sliced 20 Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined ยฝ cup Olive Oil ยผ cup Fresh Lime Juice 2 tbsp. Chili Powder 4 Garlic Cloves, crushed 1 tbsp. Fresh Ginger, chopped ยฝ tsp. Red Chili Flakes Sliced Cabbage 3 Avocados, smashed 1 Lime, juiced Cilantro, chopped Limes, sliced Queso Fresco, crumbled Crushed Red Pepper # Instructions: Mix your olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic cloves, ginger, and red chili flakes in a covered container. Add in shrimp, and toss so they get coated in the marinade. Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours. In a large bowl, mix the salt and Gluten Free Masa Harina Corn Flour together. Slowly pour in warm water, and knead until your dough is formed. Weight a piece of parchment paper on your counter. And form about 24 mini dough balls. Place a second piece of parchment over a ball and gently press until evenly flat, repeat for the remainder. Add ยผโ€ of Olive Oil and heat on medium high. Once oil is hot, working in batches, add in your flattened pieces of dough. Let fry for 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Place on paper towel lined plate and set aside. Heat olive oil a medium sautรฉ pan over medium high. Once warm, add crushed garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant. Add mushrooms and season with salt and crushed red pepper. Sautรฉ for about 10-15 minutes, or until soft. Back to the shrimp, prepare your grill (I used a stovetop grill) by oiling your grill gate and setting it to medium heat. Continued in comments below!
