Working some hard cliffhanger routes in practice today. Those red/pink holds are just 20mm! Chickened out on that last big reach though 🐓🐓🐓. Finger strength keeps improving through lots of sweat and pain!

Finals last season after a fairly serious foot injury and just helped @yoganinjagirl with her ankle sprain after taking a bad fall off a ninja obstacle this past weekend.
He understands what athletes need to heal quickly and thoroughly. I'd recommend him to anyone coming back from injury who wants no-nonsense treatment and advice.
