Took a day off to visit the excellent exhibition at @sciencemuseum entitled "The Sun: Living with our Star" . . . Without the energy of the Sun, there would be no life on Earth. Now we really want to harness it's power . . . In southern France, 35 nations are collaborating to build the world's largest tokamak, a magnetic fusion device that has been designed to prove the feasibility of fusion as a large-scale and carbon-free source of energy based on the same principle that powers our Sun and stars. Britain thought it had done this before - but we didn't.
This is a coronal mass ejection on the Sun. Pretty cool huh?
I wonder if this will be decorated for Christmas
Hotpot in Chinatown last week. My chopstick skills are 🔥 ever since @ryanchrismellor taught me.
Well done @amazon - that's pretty excessive packing.
Does anyone know who this guy is?
Being a tourist is one of my favourite hobbies. Despite living in London 3 years of my life, yesterday was my first trip to a Tate gallery (except for the Tate cafe in Liverpool, where I found out I had failed an exam). Anyway, here are some tourist photos! #LONDON#TATE
Goodbye Littleton House. It was a great place to live - and on my final night, turned out to be a great place to party. The Olympic flag has moved out of Pimlico and will soon be raised again at its new home in North London. #bootlympics
