Day 1 of cleanse - Already showed you my morning juice and this is what else I had.
Lunch - watermelon, pineapple and orange juice I had 1 litre of this!! Snacks - cucumber, strawberries and 3 dates
Dinner - large salad with a dressing made from avocado, 1/4 capsicum, lime, garlic, apple cider vinegar & tahini.
Will probably snack on some more dates later or a piece of fruit.
So far I haven't had any detox symptoms so will keep you posted.
3 day raw cleanse!
So I have just returned from holidays and as you know holidays can be indulgent so I have decided to do a 3 day cleanse. I am going to post what I eat each day in case you were wondering and if you have thought about doing it yourself but are unsure what to eat.
My cleanse will consist of vegetable and fruit juices all day and a raw salad at night. I will snack on fruit and dates if I'm hungry in between. I will keep you posted on the progress.
So first juice of the day today is •kale
