BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE CHIMICHANGAS
What you need
2 cups cream cheese
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
¼ cup greek yogurt
1 ½ tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp lemon zest
1/2 cup additional blueberries
6 Flour Tortillas (8”)
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Ground nut oil for frying
In stand mixer, add cream cheese, greek yogurt, 3/4 cup blueberries, egg, sugar, vanilla and lemon zest. Blitz until combined. Scrape into a clingfilm lined 8- inch loaf pan. Fold in remaining blueberries. Freeze until solid, about 6 hours.
Remove from pan and cut into even strips
Place one strip on the bottom third of a tortilla. Fold the two sides towards the centre and roll up like a burrito. Pierce with a toothpick to seal
Heat oil in a deep pot until 350F (180C). Gently add chimichangas to oil using tongs and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Drain on a paper towel lined tray.
In a shallow dish combine remaining sugar and cinnamon. Roll chimichangas in cinnamon sugar until fully coated, remove toothpick.

10 Minute Strawberry Cheesecake Chimichangas (with Video)
Strawberry Cheesecake Chimichangas are one of the easiest desserts recipes. Creamy and sweet strawberry cheesecake filings wrapped with tortilla flour, and then fried to perfect golden brown.
oil for frying
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups strawberries sliced
6 8-inch flour tortillas
1/4 cup cinnamon sugar 1/4 cup sugar+1 tbsp cinnamon
Preheat two inches of oil to 350F degrees in a saucepan or deep fryer. Meanwhile, set aside a paper towel lined plate and prepare chimichangas.
In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, lemon zest and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Fold in strawberries.
Lay out a 6 inch flour tortilla on a work surface. Spread the cheesecake onto the lower third of the tortilla.
Roll your tortilla up burrito style, and seal with a toothpick. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
Deep fry for 3-4 minutes until golden, and remove to a paper towel lined plate. Roll in cinnamon sugar. Serve and enjoy!

🍒Sweetheart Cherry Pies - your go-to V Day recipe. Make these for that special someone, or to find that special someone. So easy and fun to make... Ingredients
2 packages refrigerated pie doughs
1/2 cup fresh cherries pitted and chopped
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 tbsp Butter melted
1 tsp sugar
powdered sugar for serving
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Set aside a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat.
2. Roll out the first pie dough on a work surface to about 1/8-inch thickness. Use a heart shaped cookie cutter to form 6-8 heart shapes and place on prepared baking sheet.
3. Repeat with second crust and set hearts aside. In a small bowl, mix together cherries and sugar.
4. Dollop about a tablespoon each of ricotta cheese and chopped cherries onto each pie on the baking sheet. Place the remaining hearts on top and use a fork to seal the edges.
5. Brush melted butter over top the pies. Bake 18-23 minutes or until the pies brown slightly. Remove from oven, cool for 10 minutes and dust with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy! #VideoTutorial#SharingIsCaring

Cinnamon Roll Hearts RECIPE ....
Mini heart-shaped cinnamon rolls - a fun homemade treat
1 package refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup cinnamon sugar 1/2 cup sugar + 2 tbsp cinnamon
maple syrup or caramel sauce for serving optional
Preheat over to 400F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat.
Unroll pizza dough into a rectangle on a work surface. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly across.
Using your fingertips, roll up the long edge halfway, and repeat on the second long edge. The two rolls should now be touching.
Using a sharp knife, cut roll into 1-inch segments. Place them face-up on the baking sheet.
Bake 15-20 minutes until golden. Remove from oven. Serve and enjoy!

½ cucharadita de sal
2 tazas de harina
Aceite, para freir
1 taza de azúcar
¼ taza de canela en polvo
2 litros de helado
1. En una olla grande, coloca el agua, aceite y sal, deja hervir.
2. Añade la harina y apaga el fuego. Rápidamente mezcla todo hasta obtener una suave bola de masa.
3. Transfiere la masa a una manga pastelera con una boquilla de estrella.
4. Forma espirales 15 centimetros de diametro en una bandeja con papel encerado, empieza desde el medio y ve formando el círculo, asegúrate de no dejar pequeños espacios entre una vuelta y otra.
5. Repite hasta terminar la masa.
6. Congela los círculos de churros por 2 horas.
7. Calienta el aceite a fuego alto, usa una olla profunda.
8. Fríe los círculos hasta que estén dorados, colócalos en una toalla de papel absorbente para que drenen el exceso de aceite.
9. Mezcla el azúcar y la canela en un bol.
10. Cubre los espirales de churro con el azúcar y canela, sacude para retirar el exceso.
11. Coloca una cucharada de helado entre dos discos de churro.
