Often you hear people say that they workout so they can eat whatever they want. That's great, but this will result in your body staying the same, if not gaining weight. If you want to notice real results, you can't live by this motto. We all go to the gym and see those people who religiously go 5+ times a week but seem to always look the same. Those are the same type of people who eat like 💩 and complain that they can't get results. Remember you can't out train a bad diet. Fried food and chocolate is delicious, but should only be consumed in moderation. .
