Ever wise @leunigstudio and the joy of missing out. Relevant on so many levels. I’ve put this here for reflections on the fear of missing out and overcommitting at this time of year but when I first spotted this as a cutout from @theagephoto it resonated with me about our seachange choice and the contentment of a simple life on the coast without the relentless drive to do and be more.
Balancing life. Feeling nourished and rejuvenated. It is truly amazing what can be achieved with a few days of space and time 💗 This trip I have overcome an honestly paralyzing fear that had been holding me back from adventure for many many years. I’m very proud of myself 🤩 Not even sure how it started originally but it was completely impossible for me to be a passenger on a bike. That’s a big deal when you’re a kid living on a big farm, then again when your husband rides a motorbike and again when you travel to Asian countries like Indonesia and Thailand... I wouldn’t and couldn’t get on a bike it completely and irrationally freaked me out so I just avoided it.....My friend @greatoceanyoga offered to try a technique with me to rewire and undo the fear and it worked! I can now happily ride on the back of a bike. Thankyou @greatoceanyoga - honestly life changing. 🙏🏻 #brainplasticity#powerofthemind#fear#canggu#bali#gratitude#balance#life#tao#themagicofbali#travel#adventure#change#growth
