Keto Dessert..... oops I just cheated on my “30 day no keto desserts” however it was so worth it 😋 Strawberries with cream and a salted caramel, crushed almonds and shredded coconut....this was heaven . Caramel just made by heating Natvia stevia and butter until turning a golden brown, added full cream and whisked together then drizzled it over. Yummmm. Back to being good tomorrow 🤗


Broccoli and Cauliflower creamy cheese bake with crumbed bacon and fresh herbs. Yummmmm 😋 I literally thought about this on my run so I made it 😂 Day 21 of the 30 day no sweets keto challenge and I’m feeling great ....but looking forward to having some keto brownie day 31 😂


Woo hoo 12km done! My hubby beat me by 2 min on this one!! It’s going to be a close run next week! I’m going to take it really easy this week with a couple of small runs and some walks, early nights and hopefully beat my 1.57 half marathon pb.


And this is what I have just had to eat in prep for a 12km Run today. Boiled egg, avocado and a fat bomb consisting of almond butter, coconut oil, almonds, and coconut. I might have something else to eat after my run if I feel like I need it but this generally fills me. All those good fats , plus the MCT oil in my coffee. Today 12km and tomorrow 16km. 👊 8 Days to go until the half marathon.


Almond Crunch Fat Bombs I made my usual almond butter and coconut oil fat bombs mixed with crushed almonds for hubby and I to use as fuel on our weekend runs and then I halved the mix and added some cacoa powder to half the mix and rolled them in crushed almonds then melted some cacao and coconut oil and drizzled over the top. These can be a little after run treat. Delish 😋


I never get sick of Taco bowls 😋 . . Beef grass fed mince with paprika, ground cumin, tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of @meadowmarrowbonebroth lemon and herb, 1 cup of water, Himalayan salt, garlic and oregano.


I love these sort of lunches! Serving this with some toasted keto bread I made last week and enjoying some goodies from our favorite local cafe/bakery shop - oasis . @oasis_au


Mmmmm coffeeeee. I’ve got some MCT oil in there and I’m fasting until midday then lunch and a 10km Run this afternoon. My hubby finishes work early on fridays and I get to run away😂 as much as I love my kids, I love them even more after I’ve had a little me time 😉 Happy Friday!


Pilates done ✅ woo hoo my training plan is on point this week! I know I always say this but I love love Reformed Pilates. I feel so strong after each class and my run the next day always goes so well. I’m feeling so excited for this half marathon in 10 days. I’m normally so anxious at this point but I’ve trained hard and I think the fact it’s my husbands first half has taken the pressure off me and I just have excitement for him. He thinks he’s not going to get the “run bug” but I know the second he crosses that finish line he’s going to want to book another in.....good job I’ve booked all mine in for the year 😂


This was so delicious and it honestly didn’t take long to make. You can pre make the pesto and keep it in a sealed jar or container in the fridge. . . Basil, Chicken and walnut pesto meatballs Pesto (you can use a store bought if you prefer) 1.1 cup of walnuts roasted in the oven (plus a few extra to sprinkle over the plate to serve) 2.Blend to a crumb with half a cup of basil leaves, 3 tablespoons of olive oil Season to taste with salt and pepper. Meatballs a large bowl mix together 500gm Organic free range chicken breast mince, 5 leaves of sage chopped up, 1/2 Teaspoon of dried oregano Teaspoon of ground cumin Teaspoon of paprika 1 teaspoon of @meadowmarrowbonebroth lemon and herb 3 x tablespoons of Almond meal 2. Mix all together and roll into balls. 1. fry the meatballs until lightly brown. Add them to the oven pre heated to 180 degrees for 10 min or until cooked through. 2. Cook your Zucchini noodles and mix one teaspoon of @meadowmarrowbonebroth Lemon and herb broth to a cup of boiling water 3. Add some ghee or coconut oil to a pan, once the oil is heating up add the zucchini noodles, add the walnut and basil pesto mix around into the noodles, add half of the cup of broth and mix together. * I added some roasted capsicum which I roasted at the same time as the walnuts went into the oven. * To serve I sprinkled some extra roasted walnuts, some lemon thyme and parsley. .

Creamy Lemon Chicken using @meadowmarrowbonebroth lemon and herb for the first time...the flavor it adds is amazing 😋 Served with Cauliflower purée and broccoli. . . Creamy Lemon and garlic Chicken Pre heat oven to 180 degrees Place chicken breasts into an oven dish Drizzle olive oil or avocado oil over the top Sprinkle some lemon zest, lemon thyme and rosemary over the top then into the oven for approx 20 min or until chicken is cooked. Creamy sauce: in a saucepan add a cup of cream, the juice of a lemon, a teaspoon of @meadowmarrowbonebroth a teaspoon of lemon rind, a pinch of garlic salt or some crushed garlic (not too much or it will take away that lemon flavor) and a 1/4 cup of shaved Parmesan. Let the sauce simmer and whisk it every now and then. It will thicken a little. Let it sit for a few min to thicken more. Then spoon over the top of your cooked chicken on your plate. #30daybasicketochallenge


I love these kind of lunches! This is similar to what I would eat in the morning before a big run. For fun today I wrapped one of my boiled eggs in a mozzarella cheese crisp just as it came out the oven and drizzled a little mayo over the top...delish 😋


The photo on the left you can see just how much I did not like what I saw in the on the right ...I’m having fun and I’m feeling great! Yes my body has changed but nothing compared to how my mind has changed. The way I think, the way I live my life, the way I talk to myself, my relationships, me as a Mum, my fitness! My advice to anyone struggling or starting out, keep going! It’s not just about getting to that number on the scales, it’s about finding the healthiest and fittest you! Be the best of you! Do your research, find the foods and recipes you like then adapt them to be Keto, have fun with it 😊


I got my 8km run on the treadmill done last night and I felt good and strong! I feel like I am in a really great place to start my marathon training in a week after this half marathon. Running on fat is really working for me! 👏💪


Dinner tonight. Open burger... don’t even miss the bun! Drizzled some of the delicious low carb bbq sauce I received from low carb emporium today and it is delicious!!! Kids going to bed now then I’m off to do my 8km run on the treadmil. 😉 #30daybasicketochallenge
