A year ago and can definitely see a difference. Used to be incredibly anxious at the gym to the point I would get panic attacks and had such a negative view of myself. Although I’m still awkward I’m much more active and happier. I enjoy going to the gym and have made it a habit. I don’t eat healthy but try to keep it balanced. It has been a long year but excited for the journey ahead. Also I cut my @flexcomics hoodie to make it cropped and I’m now forever obsessed with it. #transformationtuesday #beavisionary

Mount Ellinor is truly such an amazing hike. It was definitely hard and wanted to quit a few times but so glad I got to the top. The view was truly breathtaking and I saw baby mountain goats! Definitely a chill sunday😂

Best part of it being #InternationalFriendshipDay is that I get to brag about this lovely! Such a kindhearted person I’m always happy to see you and love hanging out with you. You make going to the gym incredibly fun and you’re always there to pick me up when I’m feeling down. I love you!!!!

Six mile hike today wearing @buffbunny_collection and @everforward saw many horses and dogs so it was definitely worth it.

Sunday workout. Worked out with the #lululemon aligns and I’m very much obsessed. They’re so soft and @shannon.henryy recommended them so had to try it.

Cable triceps extensions and @niggiyo had the awesome idea of upping the weight in every set.

Couldn’t sleep so decided to work out. Leg day and sprints. Now to sleep for 1000 years.

Leg day and I’m exhausted. Haven’t done sumo deadlifts in a while so I just did 95 but not a bad start.

First off, these leggings finally fit! Wore them in January and were way too tight and super sheer now they fit like a glove. Hip thrusts are probably the most awkward exercise I do. Went from 65 to 80 pounds so definitely some progress. Also excuse my form, it was the last set and my last workout.
