I shared this post a few months ago, but as many of you asked me what changes in my diet were the hardest, I thought it would be good to share it again! 💛🙌🏼
Quitting sugar has been one of the hardest challenges of my journey. My family owns a bakery and I have been surrounded by sweets since I was born.
After a few failed attempts of quitting sugar I finally said goodbye to it about a year ago. Unfortunately, Christmas and the holiday season came with too many "cheat days"..
Now I am back to a strict "no sugar diet" and it is being a reminder of how hard it was for me to quit it. When I started I thought it was gonna be easy, but soon I realised I was addicted to it and that I could hardly sleep because I was craving sweets... It was a hard challenge and I can imagine it is (or has been) hard for many of you too, so I thought it would be a good idea to share my experience.
If any of you have ever tried, I would love to hear about your journey! 😊💛
