Congratulations to our Member of the Month for June - Lyn Liew 🎉 What a weapon ‼️ It has been inspiring to watch Lyns already amazing, strength and fitness improve over the last 7 months she has been training with us. As coaches we feel so proud watching our members improve, and take on our feedback, progressions and anything else we throw at you, (I'm sorry not sorry sometimes theres a lot of that :) Lyn is no exception to that, who always takes on our challenges pushes herself in each and every session to give 100% and the very best she can, always doing it with a smile, and always with super heavy weights attached !

🔹What made you start training at F45 Kew ? I've always wondered how much I could achieve physically if I'd actually commit the time and energy to training. When I saw that F45 was opening in Kew I knew I had to get on it and have been obsessed since day one! It has truly been life changing as cliche as it sounds - I can’t believe I’m still working out 4-6x/week, waking up in the mornings to train and actually enjoying it. 🔹What do you love most about F45 Kew ?
Stella and the team!! I love how they always encourage me to push harder and lift heavier (even though it hurts) 😄

Docklands has been a good one recently with the 10s breaks in the sprint sets!
🔹Favourite exercise station ?
Love a good box jump! 🔹Future fitness goals ?? Would love to be able to do real chin ups one day!
🔹Burpees love or hate ? What about double burpees, tuck jump bench hops ?? :) Do you love those ? 🤣
I don't actually mind burpees :) Probably gonna regret saying that! *sure are 😝 Can't say the same for tuck jumps though
