How well do you know our awesome owner Jake? 🧐 Today we decided to ask Jake some questions to get to know him a bit better: 💙 😎1) Why did you open your own F45 studio? “I’d been running a personal training business in Mayfair for around 4 years and began to realise I wanted to open my own fitness studio. I researched the London market heavily by visiting studios and seeing what was good and what was bad. I came across F45 whilst doing the research and was blown away by the training, the integration with technology, the results they were getting for people and just fell in love with the brand and the philosophy. The training at F45 is very similar to what I was doing with clients in Mayfair so I knew it worked and just decided to jump right in.” 😎2) What’s your favourite post work out meal? “Chilli and mint linguine with teriyaki salmon from Wholefoods. So good, although my fiancé hates me eating it!” 😎3) What’s your favourite type of training? “To be honest, I get bored if the training isn’t varied constantly and that’s one of the reasons I love F45. New workouts every day, new timings, new circuits and new exercises keeps it interesting. I’m not a massive fan of cardio so I don’t do bike rides or runs as they bore me to death.” Comment below if you have any questions for our Jake 👍🏻
