Walking! It can be so underrated and yet there’s really no easier way to get your body moving. On days where I’m not in the right head space to train with weights or even walk through the gym doors, I get out for some fresh air and take myself on a long walk. The sacrifice. You really need to know what you want in life but sometimes you must go outside of your comfort zone in order to “really” know. Often there is a trade off to achieving your goals and when you’re building muscle or wanting to drop body fat, just like building a business, you will need to make some sacrifices but my advice to you is “give it a go” only then you’ll really know what is really important to you. Just like me in this picture, it’s not me now because the sacrifices I had to make in order to get there, made me really understand what was most important to me and it wasn’t being that lean.
