Happy new year everyone! We just wanted to say thank you for all the support and love last year and can not wait to provide you all with amazing, food, drinks and hospitality in 2019.
To start off our new year we wanted to introduce a fun an amazing event we are hosting with @mezcalvago ! This January on the 14th we are curating an amazing dinner with 5 cocktails and 5 courses! Drinks will be produced by our Bar manager @tykaschoice while the food is created by our amazing executive chef Carlos Diaz. There’s very limited seating so make sure to rsvp with us here at Gallo Blanco. Provecho!

1.5 oz Rum @charanda_uruapan .

.75 oz house cinnamon clove syrup
1 oz lime
2oz tamarind agua Fresca (house recipe)
Garnished with Black Sea salt w/ Sal de Gusano folded in with a sprig of herb 🌿
Even though we’re closed Monday’s our staff is still working hard to bring you the most fresh and quality food we can give you. 1oz Singani 63
1oz Jamaica (hibiscus tea unsweetened)
.75oz Simple Syrup
.75oz Banana liquor @giffardusa
2 dashes orange bitters
1 egg white .
Garnish with a sprig of Mexican oregano and cinnamon 🎈
Wet shake, throw, dry shake and double strain.
