This is me. Doing my stretches aka physical therapy exercises everyday. Life changing! Lol. You should try it sometimes. It’s far more important for my body right now than any other workout. Learned that the hard way because I thought Yoga YouTube videos at home are awesome together with running on my own and I kinda did some moves wrong but yeah, stretches & Pilates are more important than running and unsupervised workouts ... lesson learned! Hire a professional always, especially if it’s for your own health. It will be all worth it, I promise! #injuries #healing #sciatica
