Had a PIMP meal at @nativefoodscafe 🌱 Meal thoughts: It's better to have loved & lost than to never have loved at all.
Super cheesy and cliche, I know. But that's what popped up while I was taking down this burger (which tasted like a gyro btw. Dank!). I mean, this applies to everything: relationships, pursuing your passion, being vulnerable with a stranger or coworker in order to form a connection, etc. We are humans! We naturally desire connections with other humans! It's our nature! So why do we deny ourselves of it, so often that it has become a memorized emotional response to disengage, not make eye contact, or not smile back in a vulnerable moment? Release the fear, understand the value that lies in BEING a human, appreciate yourself, and appreciate everyone around you. Appreciation is the antidote to "less", "loss", and "never". Alright goodnight lol
Dinner is better amongst friends🍽🌱
Delete the phrase "self-made" from your existence. Claiming to be self-made is the absence of gratitude for the blessings you've received, and the people/things that helped make it happen in the background 👁
Today I've been reflecting a lot on what it means to "trust the process". Good, bad, or indifferent, life is happening in the perfect way to help you get to where you need to be. Every obstacle we encounter is an opportunity to transform our poor characteristics into something BETTER and prepare us for what's coming. And believe me, it's something great 🌟 So is it a set-back? Or a set-up? Our perception is reality.
Went on a date with these yam and spinach tex-mex tacos. Needless to say, it was a short-term relationship 👀😋
Office vibes must be super high today because SOMEONE brought vegan donuts 👀
Things are heating up at @thelivingrootcellar as we prepare for our VEGAN HOLIDAY CATERING ORDERS!!!🍂🍁🍃 Yes, my vegan peeps, you read this correctly. No more anxiety at Uncle Bob's house when you're trying to figure out wtf to eat (ok is there butter in the yams? Or milk in those dinner rolls? "Hmm I don't think so..?" YEAH no more of that). Whipping up some amazing stuff for y'all! Slide in the DMs for details. I'll have a link for you to place your order very soon ❣
Ahhh it's great to be back in the city☀️ Came to sooo many great realizations and I'm ready to leave everything that isn't serving my purpose here in this life BEHIIIIND. Ready to f****** make moves and submit to the life that I am about to have. Love > Fear. No better way to celebrate the conquering of life than to eat a @localiyours breakfast sandwich😍
Sometimes we forget to breathe when life gets messy. Let's find a way to be still and absolutely calm before continuing to face the storm. We can't hide from our sufferings forever, but we can find a way to hold our ground and smile while we look it in the eye.
Taking a weekend to sit back and observe my life from a third-person point of view has been mind altering. Love y'all.
Everything about this avo toast was THICCC; the bread, the layer of avocado, and my thighs after I ate it (but tbh, these thighs are always thick😉). #ThrowbackThursday to when I finally got to hang out with my new roomie for the first time last week since moving in over a month ago. Found out he doesn't like avocado....so basically...that was the LAST time we'll be hanging out🤣 jk. Mostly. Hope y'all are having a fabulous Thursday. Keep hustling. Become the best in the room. Get a raise. Buy more avocado toast.
Often times we believe a chain of thoughts that prevent us from achieving our true potential.
"You work too hard." -your significant other
"You need to work harder." -your boss
"I will never be able to attain THAT level of income." -yourself
These subconscious thoughts come in all shapes and sizes, and they're emotional patterns we have memorized throughout our lifetime from seeing them over and over again from our parents, teachers, peers, and society in general. These processes keep us in our comfort zone on a day to day basis. "I can't afford to eat healthy, let alone ORGANIC..."
"I do not have time to cook food for everyone, everyday! I have kids to pick-up and drop off, a job, and I have to clean the house." If these thoughts ever cross your mind, I need you to read these truths: 🌱 It should not cost you more than $5 per meal to eat 100% organic vegan food. I can show you how to shop smarter.
🌱 You don't need an expensive meal prep service. You CAN prepare at least a days worth of food for your whole family in under an hour. I can show you how to be efficient and unlock your inner-creative-kitchen-genius skills.

Can you taste the difference when you eat organic foods? I feel like the flavors are more pronounced and my body is a lot happier afterwards🌟You have to smash some pasta at @lovinghutorganic for lunch this week....toooo good🤤
Hi bae. Frozen cold pressed juice? No added sugar? Sign me upppp.
Here's the food I made from last week's late night live vid I started around 11:30 when I was having all the post-workout munchies 😋 I sauteed the eggplant in white truffle oil, and used the fond to develop the flavors for the kale and kumato garnish I topped this rich conchiglie dish with! 🍲 it's all about nutrient density. And amazing pasta👌 I can teach you simple cooking techniques that will change the way you view food forever 🤞 Book a consultation today!

Cooking for Logan and his crew was one of the best days of my life. If Logan Paul was willing to pay my dumb ass to cook for him full-time, I knew I could turn my passion into a money-making operation EASILY if I just applied myself. Being around him and his crew inspired me even MORE to live to my absolute max potential. 4 days after making that decision, I landed my first client. We are limitless. We are the creators of our reality through our words, thoughts, actions, and ultimately in the way we choose to perceive the things that happen to us and around us. Count your blessings carefully and proceed to be extra-ordinary: Master the most mundane practices such as cleaning your room, flipping negative thoughts into positive ones, creating daily productive habits, etc. Build off the foundation.🙏🏻❤
Every day this week I've been doing something different that I've never done, before and after work. We get so wrapped up into this mindset that we only have time to eat, drink, sleep, maybe workout, and that we don't have TIME for fun, or TIME to be with the ones we love, or TIME to do anything else productive because we're too TIRED.
Guess what. It's an absolute bullshit lie that we tell ourselves. And that's okay, because that's life, and it's very easy to become victims to it's conditioning. But what's not okay is to continue going down that path once we've taken awareness of it. Rewire your neuropathways by opening yourself up to new experiences and immersing yourself in something that will bring you joy each day.
We could have 3 hours before work to focus on our mental or physical health, by going to the gym or reading, if we found value in what that time could bring us.
We could have 3 hours in the evening to build up our side business and eventually escape the W-2 day job if we see the value in it, and muster up the energy to apply ourselves after a 10 hour shift.
This is a picture of the black mushroom tea that Sky and I picked up at this cute local vegan chocolate shop last night.❤
Setting: a frantic Josie that is fresh out of the shower and suited up for work, yet profusely sweating after an intense workout because her heart rate still hasn't come down.
IG pics...more than meets the eye.
