Starting April 1st with us for a month long challenge! We are bringing you a fun filled workout to help you shape up for the warmer weather!
Anastasia and I will be giving you mini workouts to boost your metabolism, get your heart pumping, get you stronger, and tone up. This is welcome to anyone of all levels. Anastasia will be demonstrating the beginners version for you all. These will all be workouts you can do anywhere and with as minimal equipment as possible. We will give you alternatives if you can't get to a gym. Every 7th day Stephanie will be taking you through one of her wonderful yoga flows to help you recover before the next week of fun!
