Day one of the #lowfodmapdiet, looking to ease my (admittedly mild) IBS symptoms. I felt like rubbish but managed to keep this down: overnight oats soaked in coconut milk, with a little yoghurt (I think 2tbsp is ok?), toasted Brazil nuts and kiwifruit.
And yes, clearly I need a new bowl..
Today I start #whole30 number 7. I’m hoping to gain a few things from this reset, including better functioning of my digestive system, and better fitting of my clothes!
Started the process with a standard breakfast: a sort of frittata including scrambled eggs, cabbage, spinach, and potato, topped with kkakdugi (daikon kimchi, seasoned with coconut aminos) and tahini mayonnaise 😋
And yes..I eat it straight out of the skillet.
Here’s a challenge. How do I get the insert to pull out, so I can screw on the plastic spout? Answers on a postcard, please!
