End of #cleaneating bulking! Time to #shred ! Time bulking was March 27th - July 27th (4mos) Highest body weight achieved was 189.3 (85.91kg) started at 169 (76.6kg). So roughly 20lbs (9kg) was gained in 4 mos. as well as a few stretch marks from rapid weight gain - In the video I put in 2 of my #bench presses from this last month. I was around 185ish (84kg) during my #PRS - in the vid 345 (156kg) bench was fairly easy. 365 (165kg) bench was a #fight though! I was close to my #deadlift goal of 495x1 (224kg), got 475x1 (215kg) - #squat I hit my goal of 465x1 (210kg) - Did a little #handstand to #backflip at the #end to show I can still #move ^_^ As always stay #shredded and #aesthetic and #NeverForgetWhyYouStarted
A wise dude once told me. Occupy. More. Space. --------------------Most people get this notion that “bulking” means eating whatever and however much you want. Don’t let this common misconception fool you. Make a diet plan, count your macros, and focus. Then watch them muscle gainz. Pushing hard for 195. Making quality lean muscle gains, got 1 more month left. Let's get it! #ReachYourGoals - As always stay #shredded and #aesthetic and #NeverForgetWhyYouStarted

Still clean bulking till 07/27 Gaining good quality muscle, then gonna shred whatever fat is left. #SimplyShredded - As always stay #shredded and #aesthetic and #NeverForgetWhyYouStarted
Back when I was shredded af lads.... gym... tan... and..... hehe xd. Always remember why you started! Happy Sunday fam.
Old pic when I bulked almost to 79kgs end of last year. This year I've already started cutting down quite a bit, just want to get filthy shredded. Let's make some goals for this year and crush em. Never forget why you started brahs.... We're all gonna make it!
Just weighed in this morning at almost 80Kgs, I love bulking up. I have noticed an increase in strength but as you can see I have lost a lot of definition. Didn't work out back today but had a sick pump from doing laps in the pool that I hada grab a quick pic. Sorry for the lighting, LA Fitness bathrooms are dark af. Side note, Back has always been the easiest gains for me. I think we all have that one muscle group that just excels over the others. Find it, and craft it brahs. Keep making those gains. PS don't make fun of dem chubbies hehe xd
Quick pic. We're all gonna make it.
First let me say don't judge me cuz I'm at PF lmao -.- With that being said, I like starting my ab and shoulder days with 5 sets of 30-60second handstands. If I don't have bars I start from a Crow Stand, and if I do have bars I start with Press Stand for that hamstring and oblique activation. People give me sheet for bending elbows but I prefer it that way cause it's harder for me and activates my muscle flexors even more. If I'm not totally drained I like to do the stands on the boso ball. If you decide to incorporate handstands in your workout and can't hold them for long periods of time I suggest using the wall as a support until your body gets familiar with being upside down lel
