End of #cleaneating bulking! Time to #shred ! Time bulking was March 27th - July 27th (4mos) Highest body weight achieved was 189.3 (85.91kg) started at 169 (76.6kg). So roughly 20lbs (9kg) was gained in 4 mos. as well as a few stretch marks from rapid weight gain - In the video I put in 2 of my #bench presses from this last month. I was around 185ish (84kg) during my #PRS - in the vid 345 (156kg) bench was fairly easy. 365 (165kg) bench was a #fight though! I was close to my #deadlift goal of 495x1 (224kg), got 475x1 (215kg) - #squat I hit my goal of 465x1 (210kg) - Did a little #handstand to #backflip at the #end to show I can still #move ^_^ As always stay #shredded and #aesthetic and #NeverForgetWhyYouStarted

A wise dude once told me. Occupy. More. Space. --------------------Most people get this notion that “bulking” means eating whatever and however much you want. Don’t let this common misconception fool you. Make a diet plan, count your macros, and focus. Then watch them muscle gainz. Pushing hard for 195. Making quality lean muscle gains, got 1 more month left. Let's get it! #ReachYourGoals - As always stay #shredded and #aesthetic and #NeverForgetWhyYouStarted

When needed, I can shave my #face and look like a #baby xD - But since I'm #bulking gotta hide that chubby face witha #beard - Can't wait till July 27th for the shredzzzz again. Happy #Monday fam. As always stay #shredded and #aesthetic and #NeverForgetWhyYouStarted

Surround yourself around people that push you even further then beyond! This guy helped me break many PR and weight barriers, and taught me a lot about bodybuilding. A true beast. Current BW 180-185. Still clean bulking till 07/27 Gaining good quality muscle, then gonna shred whatever fat is left. #SimplyShredded - As always stay #shredded and #aesthetic and #NeverForgetWhyYouStarted

455x1 #deadlift @ 180 BW. No belt or suit, just wraps. I love #bulking for this very reason. Breaking #prs and feeling #strong - I still got a couple more months to put on 10-15 more #pounds - so I am for sure gonna hit 495x1 by then. Stay #confident and #optimistic - As always stay #shredded and #aesthetic and #NeverForgetWhyYouStarted

PR PR #PR #alert - 315x2 and hit 455x1 on #deadlift - #bodyweight at #180 - I always had a goal to hit 315 for reps on the bench. New goal is 365x1 on the #bench and deadlift goal is still at 495x1. I still have a couple months of #bulking so I hope to get it - As always stay #shredded and #aesthetic and #NeverForgetWhyYouStarted

My type of #cheatmeal - Nothing beats 20 #oysters (live and shucked myself) with 2 #steaks and good ole #white #rice - About to demolish this hehe ----- As always stay #shredded and #aesthetic and #NeverForgetWhyYouStarted

Ran into this guy recently when in town. Had to #flex so I don't look that small near him yet he still towers over me TT Super humble and chill guy. As always stay #shredded and #aesthetic and #NeverForgetWhyYouStarted

After this #mensphysique #competition I might get into #powerlifting - we will see. #godsplan - As always stay #shredded and #aesthetic and #NeverForgetWhyYouStarted

#Contemplating on growing out this #beard again. Mind as well since I'm #bulking right? As always stay #shredded and #aesthetic and #NeverForgetWhyYouStarted

A #healthy 81kg (180). Feeling way different compared to my previous #dirtybulk. #cleanbulk although it is more #strict definitely got better results, #physically and #mentally - I still have a few more months till I #start completely #shred for my #mensphysique #competition on October 27th - also, I added another #meal to my #diet #plan - Another 700 calories. So I am roughly at 3500 calories a day. *Some of you ask me what my #split is currently, it's 5-6 days a week. And my rest day I'm still usually #active doing stuff like #swimming #kayaking #paintball etc. As always stay #shredded and #aesthetic and #NeverForgetWhyYouStarted

Having #muscle is #nice ! But what is the purpose of having muscle if it is not #functional ? #backflips #handstands #muscleups #dips #pushups and many more #calisthenics are #essential in my #gym #workouts that way I can get to that next level! #Plus they are #fun as well ^_^ Also, do I sense a #deadlift & #backflip vid coming soon? HeheXD stay #shredded and #aesthetic and as #always #NeverForgetWhyYouStarted

BOOM! #Quick back #shot for you all! Have not uploaded in a bit, been #laser #focused on this #competition coming up in #October. I am currently #dieting right now, and I posted the #diet attached with this #picture for those who have been asking. Keep in #mind that is based off my #height #weight #age and my #goals. Everyone is different! No #cookiecutter stuff here! My diet will change 12 weeks out of competition. That is when the real #shreds begin! Remember why you started lads!

Old pic when I bulked almost to 79kgs end of last year. This year I've already started cutting down quite a bit, just want to get filthy shredded. Let's make some goals for this year and crush em. Never forget why you started brahs.... We're all gonna make it!

Just weighed in this morning at almost 80Kgs, I love bulking up. I have noticed an increase in strength but as you can see I have lost a lot of definition. Didn't work out back today but had a sick pump from doing laps in the pool that I hada grab a quick pic. Sorry for the lighting, LA Fitness bathrooms are dark af. Side note, Back has always been the easiest gains for me. I think we all have that one muscle group that just excels over the others. Find it, and craft it brahs. Keep making those gains. PS don't make fun of dem chubbies hehe xd

Quick pic. We're all gonna make it.

First let me say don't judge me cuz I'm at PF lmao -.- With that being said, I like starting my ab and shoulder days with 5 sets of 30-60second handstands. If I don't have bars I start from a Crow Stand, and if I do have bars I start with Press Stand for that hamstring and oblique activation. People give me sheet for bending elbows but I prefer it that way cause it's harder for me and activates my muscle flexors even more. If I'm not totally drained I like to do the stands on the boso ball. If you decide to incorporate handstands in your workout and can't hold them for long periods of time I suggest using the wall as a support until your body gets familiar with being upside down lel
