My own personal health & fitness journey started 11 months ago when I had felt like I was at rock bottom, I was at my heaviest and knew I was NOT living the life I wanted. I was overweight, exhausted, unhappy and decided I knew I needed to do something about my health!
Getting healthy and changing my lifestyle these last 11 months has been one of the hardest things I have done, especially when you are surrounded by others who want to have a "good time" and don't share the same goals. -
I decided to become a fitness coach after just a few short months on my journey because I truly wanted to help others feel amazing and help change their lives like it had changed mine. 🙌
This journey has allowed me to gain back my confidence, have energy again for my kids and I just feel all around good again!
I'd love to help YOU gain confidence in yourself again, feel good in your own skin, and help improve your relationship with food and learn how to fuel your body. I want to teach you to fall in love with exercise and know its not about punishing your body but becoming stronger! 💪🏻

Days like this when it's rainy and cloudy outside, I feel especially thankful that I get to workout at home. 🌨💜
I used to think that I needed a gym membership or I had to have a personal trainer to get a good workout in BUT I would always seem to find an excuse not to go, especially on dreary days like today. It always felt like it was a lot of work to get there which made it easy to just skip it. 🤷♀️
Today I was able to get up early and workout while my kids were sound asleep by simply walking downstairs and working out with my virtual trainer from my house.🏡 I didn't have to pack anything up, I didn't have to worry about finding childcare for them, & I didn't have to stress about getting back to the house "in time."
Win, win - all the way around. 👍🏻☺️

I've had a LOT of people ask me what program I will be doing next, since I just finished up LIIFT4 last week and I'm so freakin excited to say I'm going back to the program that changed it all for me. Bring on ROUND 2 of 80 day obsession! 💪🏻🌟🎉
This Program showed me not to give up, not to throw in the towel and it showed me hard work can pay off! 🙌
It was the FIRST program that I went ALL IN and finished from beginning to end without skipping a day! ☺️. It was the program that transformed my body and taught me to view food as fuel! 💜
80 days, 80 different workouts. An easy to follow meal plan, that took the guess work out of what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat! 👌
I absolutely fell in love with this process, it changed the game for me. This program helped me take back my life and I cannot wait to do it all again‼️

I’ve always been a book worm, But what I chose to read now is very different then what it was.. 📚🐛
In the past I used to roll my eyes when I would see others read any sort of personal development or self-help books, I just didn't see the point!
I learned when I started this health journey it was much more then just about the weight loss. I realized when I started adding in personal development, that's when I began to grow more mentally, emotionally & spirituality. It helped view my life and the relationships around me in a different light! ✨
These kind of books have been absoutly life changing! Everyday, I allow myself at least 20 minutes of Personal Development whether its a book or a podcast. It starts my day on such a positive note and I am filled with more positivity and overall happiness. 🙌

Today was my Baby’s First day of Preschool! 🌟

When I first started my health journey 10 months ago I could't fathom being able to finish a whole workout, let alone a whole program. 🤦🏼♀️. I spent years looking for the quick fixes, something where I didn’t need to put in the actual work...but still get results! That got me absoutly no where! 👎🏻
Today I finished another program from start to finish! 8 weeks. 4 workouts a week. Each workout consisting of LIIFTING, HIIT and CORE! 💪🏻 During this program I've found out that lifting is totally my JAM! I didn't lose any weight, I actually gained inches but I didnt give up, and never missed a workout! I feel STRONGER and more CONFIDENT!
Change comes when you make a DECISION. A decision to change your life, your mindset, and your actions. You could be just one decision away from an entirely different LIFE!! Dont be afraid to change, to put in the hard work!

10 years ago my whole world changed! I became a mom to the most beautiful baby BOY! I could have never imagined the amount of LOVE I would feel for another human being!!💕💕
Being a mom has changed me like no other and has been the most rewarding job! I feel so incredibly blessed that GOD chose us to be his parents! The last 10 years have brought so much Joy, Love and Laughter! 💫 I’m so proud of the person you have become Coop! ☺️
