I did so much meal prep today. Stir fry for dinner (all of this from scratch), which yielded two servings of leftovers, two chicken breasts in the Instant Pot which turned into chicken salad and cubed chicken for on top of salads, two helpings of overnight oats, two servings of gluten-free chickpea pasta with pesto and leftover chicken meatballs, and a partridge in a pear tree.
