I used to live in white v-neck t-shirts and yoga pants, that was my staple outfit for hanging out, grocery shopping and just about anywhere! (tbh I still prefer yoga pants 😅) I was rarely comfortable in jeans because I wasn't happy with my stomach and needed long shirts to cover it up!
Now I'm finally able to purchase and wear skinny jeans(!!!!!) with regular tops, and feel AMAZING in them!!! Last weekend I thought I'd try on some size 6 for fun and was completely shocked that they FIT!!! WHAAAAAT???
Keto has been the BEST thing I've ever done for myself, I truly believe in it. I honestly won't ever go back to eating the SAD WOE, as that lifestyle is not for my body. I absolutely prefer the way I feel now, the way I look now and what I can eat now sooo much more than the way I was BEFORE!
If you're thinking about Keto, trust in the process and just start by eliminating empty sugary carbs. I eat all the meats, eggs, some dairy, green/white/red veggies, some berries, nuts, pork rinds, Quest bars and dark chocolate. Mayo, Mustard, Sugar Free BBQ Sauce, and LOTS of Hot Tea. I personally don't make almond or coconut flour things, eat low carb tortillas or do bulletproof coffees (I quit coffee over the summer during my stall and because it was tearing apart my stomach!) So just KEEP IT SIMPLE, track your net carbs, experiment with carnivore meals, egg fasts and intermittent fasting. You can do this!!
