From this to this 👉🏻👉🏻👉🏻 swipe right! Chicken breast, cream cheese, paprika S&P slow cooked for 8 hours. A quick mix with two forks turned this into pulled chicken. I added sautéed bacon, raw onion and celery then stuffed the capsicum with the mix and topped with mozzarella. 👌🏻

I've never tried exogenous ketones before and my perfect keto finally arrived. How does anyone drink these? I want to try them soooo bad but they taste horrible like petrol and iron and I literally can't get it down... I've tried diluting it in a litre water or mixing it with almond milk and doing a quick skull. Surely there's another way to hide the taste? Help please?
I wish I could take credit for keto making my lashes this incredible. Keto is completely to blame for benefiting my hair, nails and my skin, six months ago I was on antibiotics because my skin decided to get acne at the age of 31, the day I started keto my skin completely cleared up and I haven't touched skin meds ever since!

Pork belly salad- had left over pork belly, mixed it up with lettuce, mozzarella, onion, homemade low carb mayo & chilli flakes and of course a drizzle of MCT Oil a given standard with most of my meals 🌿
Every time we go away I replace my BPC with an actual breakfast! This keto fry up was pretty incred and kept me full till dinner 😀
