BODY BEAST!! The first is from June 10 and the right is after week 8! 4 more weeks and this workout is done! I started at 186 and I’m down to 176. I’ve lost inches in my waist and gained them in my chest and arms. Body Beat is no joke and I can’t wait to show you my after photos! Keep pressing play!!

Week 8:1 rocked some bulk chest tonight! This is the farthest I’ve ever gotten in body beast and I’m not letting up! 5 weeks until the end! I’m losing pounds and inches EVERY WEEK! Such an awesome feeling!!
I freakin hate leg day (sorry Mom). I will have to say that filling out shorts is pretty nice! NO ONE can call me chicken legs or say that I skip legs. I did NOT want to work out. I pushed play anyway bc I have to be ready for what the world puts in my way next! KPP!!
