BODY BEAST!! The first is from June 10 and the right is after week 8! 4 more weeks and this workout is done! I started at 186 and I’m down to 176. I’ve lost inches in my waist and gained them in my chest and arms. Body Beat is no joke and I can’t wait to show you my after photos! Keep pressing play!!

Drop set for tricep kickbacks.. 30:25:20. I was bouncing a little bit to much, but I’ll get stronger and have NO PROBLEMS! Bulk arms is in the book week 8 is half way done! KEEP PRESSING PLAY!!

Portion control after a workout. Protein shake, 8oz chicken and 13 haribo gummi bears! An awesome post workout meal!

Week 8:1 rocked some bulk chest tonight! This is the farthest I’ve ever gotten in body beast and I’m not letting up! 5 weeks until the end! I’m losing pounds and inches EVERY WEEK! Such an awesome feeling!!

I freakin hate leg day (sorry Mom). I will have to say that filling out shorts is pretty nice! NO ONE can call me chicken legs or say that I skip legs. I did NOT want to work out. I pushed play anyway bc I have to be ready for what the world puts in my way next! KPP!!

Week 6:2 legs! I freakin hate leg day like most people. BUT. I don’t want chicken legs! Gotta have tree trunks to hold this frame up! Keep pushing play even when you don’t want to. Progress photos coming in a week and a half!! I feel great after working out. So will you.

Wk 5 day 2. Legs suck... it took everything to stay up in this photo. Not sure how much weight I’ve gained or lost, but I’m definitely noticing changes! Leg day may suck, but I upped all my weights tonight.. getting stronger baby! Not a sprint, it’s a marathon

Cardio/abs/treadmill. Burned about 500 cals in that hour.. almost didnt push play. Rest day is Sunday.. gotta keep pressing

I always end up on the floor after leg day.. i was not motivated to work tonight... I did NOT want to push play. You won’t always have motivation, but your will can help you push through. It’s a marathon not a sprint.. now to wobble upstairs...

Week 3 of Lean Beast is down! Build phase is finished and the next 5 weeks is BULK! Working on one part of the body per workout. Gonna be an awesome 5 weeks!! I’m down about 3 pounds and at least an inch in the waist. Feeling great! #bodybeast #backandbiceps #pumpedup

Ass to grass baby! A sumo drop set with 40s and 30s. I think I finally need to invest in heavier dumbbells! Have an awesome Saturday night! Tmw is the last day of #build phase. On to bulk for the next 5 weeks!! I’m so gonna be ready for the academy!
