🙌 #1000miles 🙌
Hit a BIG milestone last night! At 8:30pm, realized I was .8 of a mile from hitting 1k. So jumped off the couch & got out the door to walk around the block to make it happen.
It’s 1000 total Fitbit miles, which incorporates exercise + everyday movement.
In terms of walk/run/hike miles that I’ve done in 2018, that’s 483 miles. For comparison: At this time in 2017, I had logged 247 walk/run/hike miles.
Also logged 13+ hours of elliptical in 2018. Since elliptical “distance” doesn’t equally equate with actual walking miles, I’m estimating 3 miles per hour, which adds another 39 exercise miles.
Exercise miles = 522ish
Everyday movement miles = 478ish
Total = 1000
So while I’ve been pretty down lately because plantar fasciitis has me sidelined from logging any real miles, I am pretty stoked with hitting this milestone!!! .
