I am loving my daily meditation 🧘♀️. I happily listen to something in my room that is a constant. For me it’s the ticking clock on my night stand. If my mind wanders and I know it will I just keep coming back to the ticking of the clock. I set my timer for 20 minutes and float. Well at least it feels like floating. Afterwards I then stop and listen and hear for impulses from my inner being or the universe. I don’t force only listen. What’s your meditation practice like?

Today when I went to pick my son up from school I connected with one of the Dads. We’d spoken before and always say hello 👋. Today was lovely though. We chatted about what his aspirations and his delight in telling me about his new tattoo. It was an amazing design of an eagle 🦅 with a mouse holding it up. He spoke about a book he was given at 2 or 3 and how it stayed with him. I was so fascinated by the story and his true delight in the design the artist had created for him. Our kids where coming out and he took my hand and said thank you for listening to me and my story. Wonderful yet simple moments. Thank you for the connection.
Changing your world one empowering thought at a time. Thoughts have vibrations. You know when you are thinking 🤔 disempowering thoughts because you feel like blah (or whatever expletive you’d like to add). Use your inner knowing and your life will unfold in wonderful ways.
