What we put in our space- be it our homes, our offices or even cars can have such an influence on how we feel and the vibe we put out. . . I see my personal space as an extension of where I’m at and if it is cluttered, messy or visually unappealing it means it’s time to do some internal and external inventory. . . Fresh flowers, plants, oils, light, bright colours and imagery that feel uplifting are all things I mindfully bring into my spaces. . . I had a dollar for every new year I’d hear I’m going to loose weight, I’m going to get fitter, I’m going to make this new year my healthiest yet during my time as a PT I would’ve started a non-for profit with the millions 🙈🙈 truth be told I can say the same for things like I’m going to stop doing the job I hate, I’m going spend less time being ‘busy’ etc. etc. . . Heck there were times where I was that person making those declarations about all the things I was going to change but after a few weeks of going all or nothing it was too much and I stopped making changes because it was ‘too hard’. . . However, I now know that the key to change whether it be in our health, wealth, relationships or other wise relies on sustainable, incremental changes. . . So on the blog today I share 3 simple tips on how to make your intentions stick (oh and sometimes it’s really empowering to have someone cheering you on along the way)! 😉 . More of this...more slow mornings, more moving from my centre, more failing forward, more putting my heart before my head, more deliberate conscious creation, more service. . . More feeling, more laughing, more loving. The commitment to more makes me want to jump out of my bed everyday. It’s the reminder of where I’m going and the jolt I require when I feel my self idling with the comfort of familiarity. . . Living less then what I came for just isn’t an option anymore and I want you to experience that along side me. . . How can I support you? Is it through coaching? An online community? Books? Audios? Simple always wins 🙌 cauli and zuch rice with turmeric and broth, drizzled with fresh lime juice and parsley + organic crap free chipolatas and kraut. . . My formula for meals? Mostly veg (or a little fruit if breakky), organically sourced protein, fat and some ferment loving 🥰 . . The simplest way to upgrade our health is to nourish our body with unadulterated food. What that looks like will vary from person to person but the basis that plants make up the most of our consumption makes sense to me 😉 M.x

Did you catch my insta stories the other day about my remedy for sun kissed skin?? . . If not your in luck I added it to my essential oils highlight reel 😜 but thought I’d also share it here. . . For skin that has been kissed a little to vigorously by the sun I love to combine frankincense (anti-inflammatory), spearmint (super cooling) and lavender (soothing and great for burns) to a carrier oil like olive oil or fractionated coconut oil and apply to skin before sleep 💤 our skin rejuvenates whilst we slumber hence why that’s the best time to apply 😉 . . Question: What’s the first thing you do when you wake up? Is it check your socials, e-mails or phone? . . Do you have a ritual or routine? Does it make you feel ready and primed for an exciting and delighting day ahead? . . I recall a time where I would’ve answered NO to those questions. The first thing I’d do when I woke up was plug into the matrix of social media. Scroll and scroll until eventually I HAD to get up or I’d be late. . . Then I’d rush around like a headless chook looking for things I could’ve prepared the night before. I’d slap together a meal, scoff it down and be on my way. . . I’d rarely make space for movement, for calm, for tuning in. Thankfully though that’s something I haven’t experienced for many years. . . I made a conscious decision to value my first moments of the day, because it is directly after slumber that we are most suggestible- which makes it a great time for journaling, affirmations and meditation. . . All of which I practice interchangeably, after some self-enquiry and visualisation I like to hydrate and gently move my body with a walk in nature followed by a nourishing breakfast. . . a commitment I made to myself was to move more with the rhythms of mama nature and as such I do my best to rise and fall with the sun. We can’t keep telling the same story and expect there to be a different experience. . . As Abraham Hicks says “you can’t get there from there”. We live in a universe that is governed by vibration and we can only experience that which we are a vibrational match to and for. . . When we keep undesirable experiences alive by talking about them, justifying the circumstances that brought us to where we are or continually focus on all the things that aren’t working we create NO space for change, transformation or uplevelment. . . Instead we remain a match to the lower vibrational experiences creating more of that which we say is undesired. . . How then do we change? Well we stop focussing on what’s not working, on what was, on how we got there. Why? Because these things carry too much resistance at the moment. Instead we need to make space for meditation, nature immersion and movement. . . These things are some of the greatest tools accessible to us and don’t require analysis or ‘thinking’. They create space for re-alignment. . . The journey of 1,000 miles starts with the first step (Lao Tao) M.x

Nothing fancy but super nutrient dense none the less, lamb kidneys cooked in tallow and red onion with a salad and steamed greens. Every time we eat we’re given an opportunity to nourish and support our body. . . Since the food we eat literally becomes us, our nails, our skin, our hair, our blood, our cells making nutrient rich food choices is the fastest way to up level our physical bodies. . . A diverse diet rich in natural animal and plant fats, a moderate amount of protein and a ton of veggies + fruit and starch in moderation is an amazing basis for allowing us to reap the rewards of a vital body. . . Fermented foods like kraut, Kim chi and kvass are also nourishing additions, as is the occasional well sourced dairy like raw milk cheese and properly prepared seeds, nuts, legumes and grains. . . I’ve thought about my paragliding adventure a few times the last couple of days and it’s not something I can translate into words. . . It was a metaphor for me in more ways then one. A leap into this new evolution of me being the one that speaks the loudest. . . Trusting the timing of my life, my desires and inner guidance is when I experience the magic. Sure, I occasionally vere off into old patterns but I never stay there long enough to let it block me from going where I desire- it’s just the reminder of what I’m not doing. . . The same is true for you. See slips into familiarity as a gentle reminder to re-calibrate and do the things that feel true. Happy Saturday✨. M.x
