It’s #MeadeCF R&R week. We get it hard all year, nearly everyday. Our mind and body always need a break....more than we think. Especially our minds. ‘Sometimes a break from routine is the very thing we need need’ Starting Monday the #Grind is on with fresh bodies, fresh minds, thoughts are clear, and end of the year achievements to crush! ❤️ Our box is a box that leads by a realistic family example. We don’t live our life through the box, we try to teach that we are only 1 hour of your 24, we are not trying to get to the Games, we are average amazing Joes living the good life and choosing healthy choices and exercise. #MeadeCF athletes are about to take on a new and probably the hardest nutrition challenge we’ve had. It’s simple like #SUPER simple, but #STRICT 💪🏼No shortcuts, no supplement help, no specific timing. 👍🏼The reason we are doing the challenge the way we are is so that the athletes actually spend 3 weeks building good habits. You learn to know what foods to eat and what good portions look like. The goal is #ALWAYS to Eat Real Food, Not Too Much, Mostly Plants. And avoid sugar. 🙌🏼We are excited for them to take on this challenge and learn that there is NO easy way. Keeping things super simple is Key!! No cycling, no pills, no shakes, no pre workout, powders of any kind.... I can keep going😂 straight up real food, portioned correctly and workout🙌🏼 🏋🏼‍♀️Challenge starts Oct 12th!! #GoodLuck

Our #athlete Brit Youart is crushing workouts at 34 weeks pregnant! 🙌🏼Every workout can be modified to ones fitness abilities or even baby abilities😊 👉🏼for an example, Today’s prescribed workout was: For Time- 1000 meter row Then 3 rounds 21 deadlifts at 135/95 pounds 15 bar facing burpees 9 push jerks (same # as DL) 😎 Brit was modified to- 1000 meter row Then 21 sumo deadlifts (opens her hips up giving her cute belly some room) 15 in/out bar facing burpees (body doesn’t go all the way to the floor, arms stay locked out) 9 push jerks at 45# (lighter weight) She was told to just keep moving and not worry about time. 💪🏼That’s what’s so awesome about #crossFit and the educated coaches it come with. 💪🏼#MeadeCF #fitfam #fitmom #fitpregnancy #SheIsAnInspiration #friday #workout #fitness #momlife
