So I’m not even going to pretend the last six weeks I have been training consistently. In fact it has been randomly thrown in with very little focus put on it. .
Yesterday I took the time to do my first workout & not only did I feel amazing because I worked out but I realized how much I love pumping my music & getting what I now consider my “alone time” aka kids still around but I’ve blocked out some of the whinging. This may sound bad to some, but for me this is how I keep my sanity!
