A bit late (had friends over for dinner last night and played Cards Against Humanity while trying to ignore the giant pile of washing up I needed to do 🙈)
Anywho, day 13 done. Breakfast were 3 made up egg cups (fried up some sweet potato, courgette, onions and peppers and bacon, divided into the muffin tin and beaten eggs poured over the top and baked for 15min) Verdict - yum but more bacon needed 😍
Lunch was a hash with compliant sausages and dinner was curry with cauli-rice.
Not pictured was the very large portion of black pepper cashews I munched on through the evening while my guests had all the stuff I'm not allowed - poppadoms, pickles, bhajis, samosas, rice and then chocolate dessert 😢
