I only ate 3 grapes at breakfast... I find I so much more patience when I am eating this way. I don't rush to make a meal. I take my time and put love and thought into what I want to eat. I made hash browns to go with my eggs at breakfast. I used the roast lamb from last night's dinner as my protein source for lunch and dinner. I reheated the sweet potato mash in my cast iron skillet for dinner...delicious.
