Lunch roast chicken, mash with ghee, carrot, cabbage, onion and garlic and some guacamole. Somehow and totally unlike me since my first round last year I was so busy that lunchtime crept up on me without me having had breakfast! Yay for leftovers 🤗 Back to three meals tomorrow.
