I am loving my daily meditation 🧘♀️. I happily listen to something in my room that is a constant. For me it’s the ticking clock on my night stand. If my mind wanders and I know it will I just keep coming back to the ticking of the clock. I set my timer for 20 minutes and float. Well at least it feels like floating. Afterwards I then stop and listen and hear for impulses from my inner being or the universe. I don’t force only listen. What’s your meditation practice like?
