Hey tanny- you are truly and inspiration and i aspire to reach the same level as health and vibrancy as you do but unfortunately i have been struggling with this raw food lifestyle. I know this isnt the nicest topic so feel free to delete my comment afterwards but i am struggling majorly with bloating and digestion. My stomach is extended all day long and it’s uncomfortable. I know all about food combining, drink enough water, and the only fat i eat in a day is half- sometimes a full avocado in my salad at night. I dont know what i am doing wrong but i seem to be unable to digest anything. I have been eating this way for almost a month now and nothing seems to be improving. I dont feel my best but I really dont want to go back to eating rice and beans hahah. I love eating fresh fruit and veggies, as when i eat cooked foods i never crave them. I just need some advice and guidance because im starting to get discouraged

Liliymeraki and sandywolf4 watch Dr. Morse on you tube or read his book: the detox miracle source book. Especially when we are struggling with health issues a period with just fruit may be what you need to detox enough to heal. Fruit are the easiest to digest for us humans and also the most cleansing and regenerating, they do however first show you all your weaknesses.... Sending love! <3

@lilymeraki you really need goods fats in your diet like avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, ghee ect , it will help lubricate and help absorb the nutrients, also i wouldn’t eat lentils and beans raw, they are extremely toxic and you need to soak ferment and cook them thoroughly to remove the anti nutrients
