Life is busy!!! It’s hard to find time to workout and be active, but you can do it
This program lets me fit in a 30 min workout every morning before work, and when I have more time on the weekend I can do 45-60 min workouts!! Another way to fit in some calorie burning is walking!! Now that the nice weather is here, get out and walk!
