I have 12 hours of travel to Hawaii in less than two weeks and have been stressing on what I can carry to eat as my usuals aren’t tolerated. But at least I know I can pack up some fresh berries! I’m stressing too have an 8 hour flight Wednesday and then returning Friday evening and trying to figure out what food to bring. All I can eat safely is fish and 3 veg - poor plane people are going to love me eating cold fish on a flight 🤦🏻‍♀️ but the way home I will eat some of the gluten free meal as I know I’ll react a few hours later and I’ll be back in my own bed by then.

@time2fight_lyme I’m doing a bunch of the few veggies I can eat in a big thermos which should be two meals plus the fruit and trying to figure out if anything else. Trying fish again in two days. Hoping I can tolerate so I will have more to eat in Hawaii besides veggies and two fruits. 🙄 plus the seafood there is SO fresh. I’m literally packing a cooler in my checked luggage with some things like the one sourdough bread I found that is ok. Trying some gf blueberry muffins this week too. My trouble is finding a sub for eggs that works since I can’t have those right now.
