Tonight I needed a quick dinner. After a long week I didn't feel much like spending much time in the kitchen.
The soft biscuit crust was a satisfying bottom to this lovely quiche.
The crust was almond flour, egg whites, butter, salt and pepper.
The quiche was made from eggs, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic fried mushrooms, and crisp bacon pieces.
Adding in the side salad was a great way to cut through the creamy quiche.
Everyone loved our quick dinner and I'm looking forward to having it for breakfast tomorrow too!
