Today we made dinner for roughly 130 people at a house show that is part of a concert series that we cook for called Deep End Sessions. The band this time was the amazing Cajun Country Revival, from Louisiana. This time around @ made gumbo with a nice dark roux, approved by the band even 😜 We also made some suuuper buttery biscuits from a recipe called “flaky ass biscuits.” But we forget which cookbook the recipe is from. 😬 It’s a great scene.
