Quick break before heading into our restaurant to work with our servers. I was lucky enough to work as a host, gardener, and server in a few of Atlanta’s finest farm-to-table establishments. These service jobs taught me a great deal about making people feel welcome while diplomatically setting firm boundaries of #respect. Now off to train a new crop of babies. More on my role on the farm this weekend.
