jbhynes1999 College mindset vs Today’s mindset ❤️ The Jenn on the left -Was consumed with weight and size.
-When she felt gross, she ate more. -Did not take care of herself. Sure, she exercised, but it was often out of guilt - to “undo” the damage.
-Put very little focus on healthy eating (thought diet coke, lean cuisine and lean hotpockets were healthy 😂)and self care.
-Felt shame and guilt when her pants felt tight…which typically led to Googling things like “quick and easy diet” or binge exercising and not eating much at all.

The Jenn on the right
-Understands that exercise is a gift - not a “pay for your sins” activity.
-Enjoys wine, coffee, and burgers still in moderation . And she’s OK with that.
-Has shifted her focus to the things that MATTER - positive relationships, appreciation for a healthy body, and food that makes her feel good.
-Has confidence.

If you find yourself resonating with the Jenn on the left, know that you can change. I’ve learned it often has nothing to do with size, and everything to do with confidence. When you stop with the guilt and start treating your body with love, it all gets easier. Working out and eating clean won’t ‘work’ until you have fun with it and accept that is a positive part of your lifestyle.
Love yourself today ladies 💓. Celebrate the skin you’re in 🎉. #mindoverbody
