Never miss a Monday, I find ring true for me a lot. If I miss Monday it sets the tone for the week.
So yesterday I meal prepped so I would healthy food ready to go for the week. I put my workout clothes out last night so I would be ready to go this morning.
Not going to lie I did hit snooze a few times this morning but still got up and got it done.
Feeling good, setting the tone for a great week ahead 😊
