Homemade granola!! 😍 Since a few months, we are so addicted to this! I eat it with overnight oats and fruit and it’s soooo good.
- 100 gr chopped walnuts
- 100 gr chopped almonds
- 100 gr chopped cashews - Good amount of cinnamon that covers all nuts - Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of salt - 1 spoon of coconut oil
- Honey (amount depends on how sweet you want it)
Mix everything and put in the oven for 20 mins on 180 degrees Celsius (mix everything after 10 mins of baking and then bake for another 10 mins so that all nuts get roasted equally)
