With all this pumpkin, this pumpkin praline ice cream by @carrotsandflowers is absolutely amazing! Try it out!! . INGREDIENTS 1 can pumpkin purée 1 can @naturescharm coconut whipping cream 1 can @naturescharm condensed coconut milk 3/4 cup vegan candies pecan (chopped) 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. . METHOD Add all ingredients except for the pecans to a large bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy. Stir in the nuts and mix well. Transfer to a loaf pan and freeze for 12 hours or overnight. Remember this chocolate peanut butter pumpkin fudge by @ohhotcakes We’re crazy for pumpkin recipes right now, what’s your favorite?? . INGREDIENTS 1 can @naturescharm condensed coconut milk 1 1/3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips 1 cup vegan white chocolate chips 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 cup pumpkin purΓ©e 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice 1/3 cup chopped walnut . METHOD 1) Grease an 8x8 pan with oil and line the bottom with parchment paper. 2) Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips and 3/4 cup of the coconut condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 1 minute or until completely melted when stirred. 3) Pour the chocolate mixture into the pan and spread it evenly with a spatula. Do this fast as the mixture hardens quickly. 4) Clean the microwave bowl you just used or use another to melt the white chocolate chips and a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Melt in the microwave for 1 minute or until smooth. 5) Add in the rest of the condensed milk, peanut butter, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice; stir until mixed well. 6) Pour this over the chocolate layer and spread evenly. The classic pumpkin season treat!! This is the easiest pumpkin pie made by @fitstagranna Ready to make some? . INGREDIENTS For the Crust 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour 6 Tbsp solid coconut oil (cold) 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbsp caster sugar 2-4 Tbsp ice water . Place the flour, salt, and sugar in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the S blade. Pulse to combine. Add the solid coconut oil and pulse until mixture is crumbly and will stick together when you squeeze it. Pulse in water a little at a time, as needed, until the dough holds together well when you make a handful of it and is visibly starting to come together in the food processor. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a circle that is larger than your pie dish. Drape the crust over the dish and press the top to make a crimped pattern. Chill until ready to use. . . For the Filling 1 can @naturescharm evaporated coconut milk 1 can pumpkin purΓ©e 3/4 cup caster sugar 3 tsp pumpkin spice 2 Tbsp arrowroot powder 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/8 tsp salt . Preheat the oven to 175 C. Combine all filling ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and well-combined. Pour the filling into the prepared, chilled crust, and bake the pie for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean. Cool before serving. Magic cookie bars that are truly magical!! We followed @heather_ourlife β€˜s recipe and it was wiped out that very day! Do try it out!! . . INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup coconut oil 1 1/2 cup graham crackers (I used @ledanutrition arrowroot) 1 can @naturescharm condensed coconut milk 1 cup dairy free choc chip 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 1 cup chopped walnut . METHOD 1) Preheat oven 350 F (180C). 2) In 13 x 9 inch baking pan melt coconut oil in oven. Remove pan from oven (but keep oven on). 3) Sprinkle crumbs over melted coconut oil, pour sweetened condensed coconut milk evenly over crumbs. Top evenly with remaining ingredients; press down firmly. 4) Return pan to oven. 5) Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. 6) Cool.
