This Dry Hopped Pilsner is Taproom only with a limit of 3 4-packs per person. It comes in at 4.4% ABV and has spicy, biscuity, and floral notes.⠀
To create Hop, Step and Jump we jumped into Saaz hops and step mashing. Rather than a single infusion mash, our brewers opted for the step mash: a series of steps where grains are mashed at low temperatures, rest, then are adjusted to a higher heat.
We're only a hop, step, and a jump away from our Hop, Step, and Jump release! We got together with our friends at @ResidentCulture to step mash a brand new Dry-Hopped Pilsner - coming to the Everett Taproom 12/7.
There's a new batch on the block - Morph #63 hit the Everett Taproom today! Brewed with Vic Secret, Citra, and Amarillo hops, Morph Batch #63 has notes of clementine, tropical fruits, and orange zest.⠀

Dibs II was brewed with two experimental hops, Denali and HBC 472, which is a result of the open pollination of wild hop subspecies neomexicanus.⠀

We wanted to create a beer that made us feel the way we once felt having fun outside on the blacktop. From double dutch came a brand new Double IPA - Jump Rope, available in the Taproom today! With notes of mangoes, ripe peaches, and lemon rinds, this Double IPA will transport you to a crisp spring day. ⠀
Jump Rope was brewed with Mosaic hops and Simco Cryo hops - hops that have been "chilled and milled" to limit the oxidation of resins and oils as well as force lupulin from the hops. The result? An intense hop aroma and flavor. ⠀
