Day 4✔ And Oh my did I have the biggest headache!! There must be an avocado shortage in the eastern suburbs... so I improvised and drizzled chilli infused EVO on my eggs. Lunch was so tasty yesterday I had it again today. Day 2... I only ate 3 grapes at breakfast... I find I so much more patience when I am eating this way. I don't rush to make a meal. I take my time and put love and thought into what I want to eat. I made hash browns to go with my eggs at breakfast. I used the roast lamb from last night's dinner as my protein source for lunch and dinner.
