The hardest part of today was not once did I feel hungry and it feels weird eating when your body isn't signalling you to eat. Any other whole 30ers feel like that? Day 11✔ Was a quick lunch today so I forgot to take a snap. Made the most amazing seafood curry for dinner!! Day 10 was good... I have alot going on in my life at the moment and the whole30 gives me a clear head. Food for me is an emotional thing. So, having a plan in place that keeps me on track when stressful times come my way is such a blessing. Day 4✔ And Oh my did I have the biggest headache!! There must be an avocado shortage in the eastern suburbs... so I improvised and drizzled chilli infused EVO on my eggs. Lunch was so tasty yesterday I had it again today. Day 2... I only ate 3 grapes at breakfast... I find I so much more patience when I am eating this way. I don't rush to make a meal. I take my time and put love and thought into what I want to eat. I made hash browns to go with my eggs at breakfast. I used the roast lamb from last night's dinner as my protein source for lunch and dinner.
