Back on track today with my SW grilled breakfast 🍽 1.5 syns for 3 Mallons Low Fat garlic and herb sausages, bacon medallions, beans, egg, mushrooms and tomato 🍅 Feels very good to be have gotten all the junk food out of my system and have a new focused mind for the week ahead. I’m going to my second Christmas party tomorrow night but besides that I’ll be on plan 🙌🏻 Another pound up on the scale which is a miracle considering how much was eaten and how much birthday celebrations there were 🎂 So a girl is gonna get back to work ☺️ Gonna get a quick kettlebell circuit in before work experience just because my body needs something to loosen it up again 😂 I hope you all have a great day 💞

Yesterday was so much fun in Belfast. Best way to spend turning 23 🎈T took me for birthday cake in Patisserie Valerie 🎂 And I had my go to Belfast breakfast at Harlem cafe 🤤 Absolutely walked the legs off myself for the whole day while we went shopping and it was so nice to actually feel good in the clothes! I haven’t properly been shopping in months and it was so much less stressful getting clothes to fit this body 🙈 Feeling absolutely horrid today after a full weekend off plan and eating crap so I’m getting back on it today 🙌🏻 I don’t think I could stomach another bite of chocolate 🍫 So egg muffins for breakfast and I’ll see where we go from there ☺️ I hope you all have a great day 💞

Had a very good night out for my groups Slimming World party last night 💃🏻 Had more chicken chunks and finger food than perhaps I should have and definitely too many glasses of sex on the beach considering how much travel and walking I have to do today 😂 But I had a good night and I actually felt nice for once 🙃 didn’t get a chance to get a snap of my makeup or even a decent pic of my dress but next time 🤷🏻‍♀️ Heading to Belfast today for shopping for my birthday and we’re staying in a hotel overnight. I can’t wait to be 23 tomorrow 🎈 T is gonna absolutely spoil me and I’m so ready for it! I hope you all have a lovely Sunday 💞

And by this I obviously mean the ability to accept all the weight I’m gaining this month 😂 A pound on this week at weigh in which is miraculous considering how much off plan things I’ve eaten and it’s star week 🙈 I think my activity level is all that’s saving me. Had work experience yesterday and wasn’t arsed with cooking after so it was chipper for dinner 😳 Slimming world Christmas party tonight, trip to Belfast tomorrow, my birthday Monday 💃🏻A gal is gonna have another good gain Thursday 🙈 I’m honestly fine with it though, December is a very busy and special month for me and I know in my heart I’ll be right back on it come January 🎉 I’m feeling a little down on myself for not being able to stick to plan but I have to let that negativity go and not ruin my good month. I’m trying my best when I can and I’m happy enough with that. I hope all you other babes allow yourselves to enjoy your treats and parties this month too, guilt free. Slimming world is a lifestyle, not a diet and you have this life to live 🙌🏻 Go out and have a bloody good time! I hope you all have a great Saturday 💞

Big breakfast today to keep me going 🍽 Mallons Low Fat garlic and herb sausages (1 syn), bacon medallions, egg, beans, tomato, mushrooms and potato bread (6 syns) 🤤 I’m actually craving chocolate right now so I’ve had two segments of a chocolate orange and basically have used all my syns for the day 😂 Trying very hard to stay on plan so I’m gonna be downing green tea 🍵 Fam are coming over for dinner this evening so I’m gonna get my workout in before they get here 💪🏻 I hope you’re all having a great day 💞

My favourite month of all has finally arrived ❤️ Being a December baby, I have a special fondness for this month and it was in this month almost 10 years ago I received a brand new baby brother. It’s hard to imagine I’ll be 23 and he’ll be 10 next week 🙈 his birthday is the day after mine. Celebrated the first day of December by being off plan with T 😳Not beating myself up as I’ve worked hard the last few months to enjoy this month especially. I feel so much more confident in my body, it’s crazy. My goal starting Slimming World was to feel amazing by the time my birthday rolls around and I can safely say that I do. Slimming World has changed my life for the better 😍 First of 2 Christmas parties is on next Saturday and I go away for the night on Sunday and Christmas market Monday 🎄 life is for living and I plan on enjoying every minute of this month. So I’ll do my best to be on plan between now and then 🤞🏻I hope you’ve all had a lovely day 💞

Post weigh in treats from T 🙈 I’ve been wanting this Kevin the Carrot mug for ages and a chocolate orange as a treat for losing a pound 🎉 Obviously not gonna eat the whole thing 😂 I have some syns left for the day so this is what they’ll be used on! I’m on week 2 of T25, I’ve been working my butt off at my workouts and it payed off on the scale considering I had a burger and chips and a stuffed crust pizza over the weekend ☺️ Very chuffed with myself! Gonna have a Chinese takeaway tomorrow night as the toy show is on and it’s just our little tradition 🥰 Can’t wait! I’ve a week to get my head down and smash it before the Christmas parties and birthday madness begins 🎈Absolute dream to be spending my birthday this year at a Christmas market with my love 😍 I’m beyond excited 🎄I hope you’ve all had a great day 💞

Leftover chilli and rice again for lunch today 🌶 This was even nicer than last night and I didn’t think that was possible 😂 Went into college for French class and my afternoon classes were cancelled so I got to go home early 🙌🏻 I’m so tired now after such an early wake up 🙄 think a nap is gonna be needed! Plans for the evening are just to work on assignments and get my second workout of the week in 💪🏻 Ate over my syns yesterday but I made good choices because I was still so hungry so I’m still hopeful for a loss on Thursday 🤞🏻I hope you’re all having a lovely day 💞

Breakfast this morning was mince pie baked oats with some strawberries and oranges 🍊 I make my baked oats with honey which gives them a syn value of 3 but it’s definitely worth it, I don’t like the muller light in them 🤢 I’m supposed to be in today at 11 but the weather is dreadful and I don’t have an umbrella so I’m not sure if I’ll go in 🤔 Might be good to get out of the house but I do have three assignments due in two weeks so I have to make a decision 😂 the joys of college! Been awake since early because the bloody wind woke me 🙄 Chilli from last night is all ready for lunch today and I’ll be making a vegetarian lasagne for dinner 🙌🏻 I hope you all have a great day 💞

Gotta love the lack of light in winter for your food pics 🙃Dinner tonight was syn free chilli, an old recipe I had that is so tasty and I hadn’t had in so long 🌶 served with rice and some cheese. Breakfast this morning was granola with fat free yogurt and strawberries 🍓 Last nights dinner was a lovely roast chicken 🍗 Made Persian rice for lunch to take into college and had it with leftover chicken from last night. Had my two oranges ready to eat after, went into the canteen for a cup of tea, saw my favourite raspberry and white chocolate scones and had one of them too 🙂 Such a good wee slimmer lately 🙄 Oh lord. Today was a long day and tomorrow is a new day. No point beating myself up now! Walked to college and back and did my T25 cardio workout of the day so it wasn’t all bad 🤷🏻‍♀️try again tomorrow 😂 I hope you’ve all had a great day 💞

Yesterday’s lunch was a Cajun chicken Caesar salad while out watching the match with T 🥗 tried to save my syns and just have my salad dressing etc but I got home late yesterday and had half a Chicago town stuffed crust pizza, wedges and chocolate 🙂🙂🙂 fuming with myself. I desperately want to have 3lb off this week after gaining last week and I’m just sabotaging myself. Back on plan this morning with my grilled breakfast 🍳 I’m getting my workouts in today, I’ve been to do the big grocery shop, meal plan is in place for the week and I’m ready to go get my goals 🎉 Back to college tomorrow after my week off sick and I’m honestly not looking forward to it 🙄 Can it be Christmas yet?🎄I hope you all have a lovely Sunday 💞

One and a half lb on last night and to say I was annoyed would be an understatement 🙄 I was ill all week and that’s honestly all I could chalk it up to. I’ve been on plan, craved takeaway about 3 nights and didn’t give in to the craving, I might as well have 🙃 I knew myself though, I had an upset stomach most of the week and I was so hungry but not necessarily fit to eat when I was feeling hungry. Hoping that it’ll have a rollover effect to next week because it was an undeserved gain. Anywayyy, chin up and continue on, I know I’m trying my best! Just a bit of a disappointment after last weeks big loss 😢 Gonna meal plan for the week ahead, get the groceries in and hope this illness has passed once and for all 🤞🏻 I hope you all have a great day 💞

Not been a good day at my house 😭 Feeling very ill again today, have a headache for the 4th day in a row and I’m burning up. Half my classes were cancelled today so I stayed home 🙈Craving all the junk food even after having this Galaxy ripple early today 🍫 I’ve had these egg muffins with toast and some SW chips,beans and low fat sausages. Can’t stomach much right now so I’m not sure what to do because I’m actually hungry but want to stay on plan 🙄 Chilling in front of the tv with Gilmore Girls and hoping this passes 🤞🏻I hope you’re all having a lovely day 💞
