Delicious SP dinner tonight was beef stew full of veg and broccoli on the side 🥦 Went a little over my syns tonight and I’m mad at myself about it but hey ho 🤷🏻‍♀️ Busy day with an early start so back at the gym tomorrow instead 💪🏻 I hope you’ve all had a great day 💞

Another day, another day of granola and skyr 🙈 This is my go to breakfast on the mornings I’m in college and I know I won’t have a lunch break until 1 🙌🏻 Keeps me going and means I can keep my hex a until later 🤗 Doing SP today so I’ll be taking a turkey and salad packed slimbo for my lunch with fruit which will keep me going for the gym later too 💪🏻 Got up extra early this morning so I had some time to chill and not rush around because Mondays are hard enough! Finished college at 4 but only have an 11 am start tomorrow so it’s all good 😌 Full day of classes but I’m ready to dive in. Feels surreal being back in college after all this time! Afternoon tea today with the fam 🍰 Had such a lovely time at The Farnham Estate hotel in my home town with my family today 😍 tucked into all this deliciousness and needless to say, I wasn’t on plan 🤤 Enjoyed my time and had some of everything 🙈 Day off from the gym today but I did abs and cardio last night so I’ll be okay 😂 Back on plan for your girl tomorrow and I over indulged a little the past two days so I’ll be doing two days SP next week 🙌🏻 Hoping for a loss this next week after maintaining this week. All guns blazing for the next while and head is going down so that I’ll be a lot closer to my target by my birthday 🎯 Gonna enjoy the rest of the day with T for now though and start fresh tomorrow. My food from today and dinner yesterday 🤤 Granola with skyr and berries, Big Mac in a bowl, burrito bowl and Chinese style chicken and broccoli with rice 🍛 I stuck to plan today, had weigh in after an hour at the gym 🙄 and the scales said maintain! I know it should have been a loss and probably would have been if I hadn’t done a weights session an hour before weigh in 🙈 Not gonna let it get to me me though and I’ll be on plan all week besides my afternoon tea Saturday 🍰 Can’t wait to spend some time with my mam and siblings! Day off college tomorrow but I have a funeral to go to 🤷🏻‍♀️ Gonna try have an early night because I’m so tired now after a very busy week! Hope you’ve all had a great day 💞

Few things nicer than getting to this time of night and still have syns for treats left 😍 Having a @fibreoneuk chocolate cake bar (4 syns), lentil chips (5 syns) and a cuppa ☕️ I’ve decided that I’ll be taking a rest from the gym Mondays and Wednesdays because that’s when I’m in college until 4 and I be knackered after 😂 Thankfully in for a half day tomorrow and then off until Monday 🙌🏻 Weigh day tomorrow and I honestly have no idea how it’ll go so we’ll see 🙈 I had a few treats at the weekend but I’ve stuck to plan the rest of the time 🤷🏻‍♀️Hoping for any loss or at least a maintain! All my food for the day because I’m being little miss accountable 😇 Beans on toast for breakfast (5.5 syns for bread), Big Mac wrap for lunch (hex B, 1/2 A and 1.5 syns for mustard in sauce) and nandos style chicken and rice for dinner (1 syn for marinade) 🍗 Made it to the gym for the first time in so long and trained legs 💪🏻 I actually flew through my workout and I felt amazing afterwards, I missed that buzz 😍 College was quite long today even though it was a half day 🙈 Can’t wait for my day off Friday! Chilling out with my love now to watch Bake Off 🎂 I hope you’ve all had a great day 💞

Supposed to go back to the gym today but it was my first full day back at college and I was pooped after 🤷🏻‍♀️Taking a few years out from education was the best decision I ever made but getting back into it is a bit of a struggle 😂 I’m so happy to be in my course and I can’t wait to get stuck in. I finally feel....settled? Like things have finally fallen into place. I have a beautiful relationship, a lovely new home and now I get to follow my passion? I’m dreaming 😍 Very grateful for this life that I have. I’ll get to the gym tomorrow. It’s been a busy ass few weeks and I haven’t been able to juggle everything just yet, but I’ll get there 🙌🏻 I hope you’ve all had a great day 💞

Guess which little piggy had all of this yesterday?🙈 New autumn drinks came into Insomnia and I caved 🤷🏻‍♀️ BlackBerry hot chocolate and a pecan slice 🍰 I enjoyed this so much and have no reasons to be off plan for the rest of the week so I took this as my little treat for the week 🤤 Still unpacking and moving stuff and spent the morning cleaning the house and doing laundry. T and I are taking a trip to Asda to get some groceries and maybe try some new SW friendly goodies that we can’t get in the republic. 50 minutes drive for groceries? Why not 😂 Looking forward to just getting out with him for a while and unwinding. It’s been such a stressful, busy week! 😳 Excited to get settled and plan for next week, I can’t wait to get back to the gym Monday 💪🏻 I hope you all have a great Saturday 💞

Finally found these lovely Fibre One cake bars in SuperValu and they’re on offer at the minute 😍 4.5 syns of pure joy, they’re like regular cake bars 🍫 Woke up early again this morning but I slept like a baby last night so I’m happy 🙈 Granola, skyr and strawberries was breakfast 🍓 Gonna meal plan today and try work my way around no cooker for the week 😂 Breakfasts are easy as I usually have granola, weetabix or toast anyway but lunch will be more challenging. Mam is gonna let me cook dinner at hers so no issues there! Planning on relaxing a little today because this week has been crazy with moving all our stuff in and cleaning the place. Gonna take into some painting tomorrow and I’m excited to make this place homely. I hope you all have a great day 💞

Half a pound weight loss brought me to my one stone award tonight 🎉 I’ve been hoping week in and week out to make this week be THE week that I would get it but kept failing 😂 Had a totally wobbly week and I didn’t know how it would go between the stress of moving, the stress of having T’s brother stay with us and starting back at college with no cooker to make dinners etc 🙈 Had a miserable first nights sleep in the new house last night but I’m fit to drop now after an early start so hopefully I’ll sleep like a baby tonight 😴 Gonna get my head down and plan like crazy for lunches for next week tomorrow and hopefully set myself up for a good week! Tonight’s fakeaway KFC 🤤 Used 3 syns for the breadcrumb coating and count 4 for the Mayflower gravy 🙈 I haven’t eaten as much speed today as I usually would but it’s been another hectic day of moving and we’ve just found out our new cooker and fridge won’t be here until the 18th 😭 It’s gonna be a struggle but thankfully my mam lives close and she’ll let me cook there! I ordered them yesterday and it said delivery within. 5 days which was already a longer wait than I wanted so this was just a nightmare. The cooker in the house isn’t working at all so I’ve been going up and down to mams to make dinner 🙄 Officially moving in tomorrow and spending the night so expect a lot of salads for the next while 🥗 Mam has been so lovely and is letting me borrow her slow cooker so I’ll just have to be inventive. Back on plan today, feeling very tired but pushing through. Gonna have an early night 🙌🏻 I hope you’ve all had a great day 💞

Syns for the day? Who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️ It was my first day at college today, I barely slept last night and I made myself absolutely sick with a migraine yesterday because I didn’t eat enough all week so I overdid my syns today 🙈 I did 4 days SP combined with 6 days of a 7 perfect days challenge and it left me feeling absolutely horrid. I can have the best will power ever, I can be strict, I can control what goes in my mouth and you know why? Years of a previous eating disorder helped me practice. It took me a long long time to overcome my eating disorder. It left me feeling broken, worthless and suicidal. I refuse to go back to that place where I’m killing myself to be thin 🙄 So I had some treats today to even myself back out and tomorrow I’ll be back on plan. It’s been stressful moving house and starting college all together so I have to be patient with myself 🙌🏻 I’m trying my best and that’s all I can do. I’ll never have 7 days on plan because that just won’t work for me 💁🏻‍♀️ I need my little treat once a week 😂 I’ll get there. I hope you’ve all had a great day 💞

Ahhh guys it’s autumn 🍂 Happy September! Autumn is my absolute favourite time of year and when I can really knuckle down and focus. It’s my favourite season for fashion, food and getting fit 🙌🏻 I flourish in Autumn, basically 💁🏻‍♀️We spent pretty much all of yesterday cleaning our new home and getting it ready to move our stuff into. It’s so satisfying to put work in and see huge results. We need a new stove so we went out for lunch when we took a break and I definitely wanted something delicious like a panini but I ate my slimming world friendly Caesar salad 🥗 New Sorcha, who dis? 😂 Was absolutely determined not to sabotage my 7 day challenge on day 6! We’re heading to IKEA today for a new coffee table and such, I can’t wait 😍 Gonna have an on plan dinner while we’re out in Nandos and I’m gonna try be a saint for the bits in between 😳 I hope you all have a great day and of course, a great month 💞

Breakfast this morning was a big plate of goodness to set me up for the day before we take into moving into and cleaning our new home 😍 one syn for the sausages, all the rest was free 🍴Tried a recipe from the new 5 ingredients book last night and I wasn’t crazy about it but I’ll adjust next time I make it and it will be nicer 👌🏻Craving chocolate as it’s the weekend and I tend to fall off the wagon but I’m gonna save my syns for a treat later 🙈 Only today and tomorrow left of my 7 perfect days and I can’t wait to have full use of 15 syns again 😂 it’s been a long few days! But I’m determined to have at least 2 lb off at my next weigh in 🙌🏻 I hope you all have a great day 💞

A pound down at weigh in after a weekend of eating a lot of Lindt sweets and going out for a three course meal 🙈 couldn’t have asked for a better result 🎉 I usually end up having a treat at the weekend or a takeaway Thursday night but I’m doing my 7 perfect days, only 3 more to go 👌🏻 So I came home and made dinner, beef curry because I made it for a taster party at group tonight and everyone loved it so I fancied some myself 🤤 Did SP for 3 days and I think that really helped me pull it back for a good result. Had delicious burger in a bowl but used broghies as the bowl instead for lunch today with home made taco sauce 🍴Aiming for 2lb off next week and only need half a pound for my stone award 🙌🏻 I hope you’ve all had a great day 💞

So very excited to tell you all that I’ll be restarting college this Monday 🙈 Professional cookery, here I come 🙌🏻 I took some time out of school to figure out where I want to go in life and what my passions are. My whole life I’ve loved food, I’ve loved to watch people cook and learn and pick things up and as I got older I discovered that I love to cook. I love making something that’s a part of me and sharing it with people I love 🍴 So I’ve decided to take this step to bring me closer to my dream of owning my own bistro. This all happened very fast because I was scared but I threw myself into it and decided I have nothing to lose. So I’m gonna be a lil chef 👩🏻‍🍳 Everything has been moving so fast this week and now I’ll be starting school and moving house all next week 😂 I don’t like to give myself an easy time 😳 T took me out to see Mamma Mia 2 last night which I absolutely adored (ehm how frigging amazing is Lily James?) and it seriously gave me the motivation to keep up my slimming world journey to look cute in some 70s outfits 😂 Weigh day today and I’ve been doing SP since Monday so I’m hoping for a small loss 🤞🏻I hope you all have a great day 💞

Yesterday’s meals minus the burrito bowl I had for dinner 🌯 Granola, yoghurt and fruit for breakfast, chicken bone broth and oat bagels for lunch 🍴I had a hard time staying on plan yesterday after the weekend I had because I was craving chocolate 🍫 But I stuck to it, even with being dragged to the pub to watch the football where T had food out 🙄 I waited until I was home to have my dinner but I was proud of myself that I did 🙈 We had a lovely day for his birthday yesterday and we found a house 🎉 It’s gonna need some work and time and love put into it but I can see it’s potential and I know that it’s gonna be good for us to have somewhere to truly make into our home. I feel like my life is finally back on track again and my goals for the future are more attainable now 🙈 Gonna hit the gym today for leg day and get my butt back into it 🍑 I hope you all have a great day 💞

Little physique update after a whole weekend off plan 😳 I’m not too mad, I had a good time with lots of treats and we had a three course meal at our local Italian last night 🍝It’s T’s birthday today so we celebrated over the weekend 🎉 I’m back on plan today and back to the gym. Doing SP until Thursday to try prevent a gain 🙈 I had a half pound gain last weigh in but I was fine with that as it seems to be my pattern for tom 🤷🏻‍♀️Drinking green tea in bed watching Gilmore Girls for a while because T is at work until this evening 🙃 Gonna go buy some things to make him a birthday pavlova for when he gets home because it’s his favourite 😂 I hope you all have a great Monday 💞
