[SWIPE ▶️▶️▶️ FOR TODAY’S FULL BODY WORKOUT 🏋🏽‍♀️ 🎉] This one goes out to those of us who have a hard time fitting in all the cardio, but have no problem beating ourselves up a little bit with a full body workout 😜 This workout is all about good ol’ fashioned WORK. I really liked the set up of this one- It took a little different route than some of my other full body workouts- I hope you all enjoy it! Here’s how it goes: • • • After completing the first movement you will go back and add the next movement every round. [I.E. - you’ll do ROUND 1. 2 pull-ups > ROUND 2. 2 pull-ups, 4 Burpees over the bar> ROUND 3. 2 pull-ups, 4 burpees, 6 Barbell bicep curls...etc. until you include all 10 exercises in the round] Going back to the top each round AND adding the next movement- there are 10 exercises so you’ll do 10 rounds total- **BONUS ROUND IS TO RUN THROUGH ALL 10 EXERCISES FOR AN EXTRA ROUND 😬😜** 1️⃣ 2 Pull-ups [modify: assisted or jumping] 2️⃣4 Burpee Over Barbell 3️⃣6 Barbell curls [Mod: dumbbell] 4️⃣8 toes to bar [Mod: knee ups] 5️⃣10 Dips [Mod: assisted or bench dips] 6️⃣12 Overhead Squats [Mod: Back Squats] 7️⃣14 Sit Ups 8️⃣16 KB Swings 9️⃣18 weighted push ups [Mod: knees or no weight] 🔟20 Barbell Thrusters [Mod: w/dumbbells]
